On Tuesday next week my order status was still processing When I called, Customer rep couldn't find my order. All of the time when she was investigating, she was interrupting me, extremely rude. I was told that they had computer program doing wrong things and it is my responsability to check my order and call to inform them that something is wrong. I was told that maybe by Friday my order will be delivered. But rep and her supervisor refused to send me email with the results of our conversation. I was told that Friday was hypotetical day. After the order will be processed , packed and ship within may be 48 hours, I will be contacted to provide more information. Customer rep and her supervisor ciontinued telling me that they have no time to resolve my issue (their computer program doesn't work and it is my issue), that I ask too much from them, if I will continue asking for something that they do not want to do, they will never have time to process my order. Of course, this is my LAST time ordering from these absolutely unprofessional people. Was my mistake to go with them. Highly nor recommended!

The cocoa powder is incredibly smooth and deep in flavor (though hard to sprinkle out of the bottle, not sure why that is), and the Mexican vanilla adds such a beautiful aroma to my coffee every morning. Their pumpkin spice might honestly be the best I've ever had - it's perfect for making it at home without any sugar (I just add a dash to an espresso shot, froth almond milk with a bit of vanilla, and it's perfection).
