He was careful with the rain and ensured we were able to load the truck in a spot that would keep the furniture piece dry. This store sells quality furniture for good prices. Approximately 15 minutes later, I returned to find that my vehicle had been towed. I was later informed that a neighboring business enforces towing for vehicles parked in their designated area. Unfortunately, the posted signage was unclear as to which parking spaces belonged to which business, which led to the misunderstanding. Despite this situation being completely out of Fresno Coin Gallery's control, the owner demonstrated exceptional kindness and professionalism. He personally drove me to the tow yard to retrieve my vehicle and then to the insurance office so I could obtain a copy of my registration, as I had recently renewed it and did not yet have the physical copy. In addition, he paid the $600 towing fee out of his own pocket. This experience speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to customer service. I am extremely grateful for his help and generosity, and I will absolutely continue doing business with Fresno Coin Gallery. I highly recommend them to others.
