I came in here months ago so my daughter could get a piercing which led to a conversation about a tattoo. I called several tattoo/piercing shops for pricing for a belly piercing and let me tell you around vegas it's starting at $75. I was referred here from a friends, friend and so when I called to ask for their pricing for a belly piercing it was only $40. I was shocked. I didn't have to make an appointment and it walk in from 10 am - 11 pm. I took my 15 year old daughter here and upon arrival it was such a vibe. Everyone there was so welcoming. I walked in with my 15 yr old and my 5 year old and everyone greeted us upon entering. They had a table in the middle of the shop like a receptionist table to check in. I had to fill out a one page consent form while they made copies of our ID's and birth certificates. Once we were done a young lady came and walked us back to the room. They cleaned her belly button area, marked her piercing and then the guy did his thing. He was super fast and gentle per my daughter she barely even felt it. I'm definitely gonna be back here when I feel like I need another piercing. Great service and reasonable prices. read more

My friend got pierced by Pokes. He verbally harassed both my friend and I. He kept humiliating both of us over our cultural heritage when we had not even started the conversation to begin with. Whenever we would tell him to stop, he kept saying how he didn't care and that if my friend and I are related then the price would go up. He continued the argument WHILE PIERCING HER. There were 3 other employees in the room while all of this was unfolding. Sama was the only person who was trying to help us while the other 2 remained silent and staring at us. Afterward, those 2 employees told us that it wasn't worth it for them to stand up because they were intimidated by him. So they allowed their coworker to continue arguing with paying clients while a procedure was being performed. The comments started after he heard us speaking Ukrainian. When we explained that we were Ukrainian and corrected some of the things he was saying, he continued arguing with us and repeatedly dismissed our concerns. We asked him multiple times to stop discussing the topic, but he continued anyway. My friend was actively receiving a tongue piercing during this interaction and could not simply walk away from the situation. What made the experience worse was how unnecessary the entire conversation was. We came in for a piercing, not to be lectured about our identity or have our concerns dismissed. The situation became increasingly uncomfortable, yet the procedure continued while the argument was still taking place. No customer should have to deal with that while receiving a body modification service. After sharing our experience, other individuals reached out to us and described concerns they had regarding their own interactions with this piercer. Some of those individuals stated that certain comments made during their appointments made them feel as though they were being body shamed. Because I was not personally present for those interactions, I cannot independently verify them and can only speak to what was shared with me. However, hearing that others had concerns about professionalism made me feel more confident that speaking up about my own experience was the right thing to do. Afterward, we requested a refund and spoke with the owner, who was not present during the procedure and did not witness the interaction firsthand. We were ultimately refunded, but that does not change what happened. Based on my personal experience and what I personally witnessed that day, I cannot recommend this shop. Professionalism, respect, and customer comfort should be basic expectations, and unfortunately that was not our experience here. read more

I came into this shop to get a tongue piercing on May 28th. My friend joined me for support because I was very scared. What should have been a simple piercing appointment became extremely uncomfortable and upsetting. The piercer, Pokes, began making comments after hearing my friend and me speaking Ukrainian. We had not started any conversation about culture or politics, yet he repeatedly brought up topics related to our heritage and continued arguing with us when we tried to correct misinformation or simply asked him to stop. What made the situation especially concerning was that this was happening while he was actively performing my tongue piercing. I was literally in the middle of a procedure and unable to easily remove myself from the situation. As a paying customer, I came in expecting a professional and comfortable experience. Instead, I felt trapped in an argument during a body modification procedure. No client should have to worry about being ridiculed, dismissed, or made uncomfortable while receiving a piercing. Several employees were present during the interaction. Pokes specifically looked high, and made me very uncomfortable. I should not have to sit through a painful piercing while listening to my piercer state that the war in my country doesn't matter and that he doesn't care. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this shop. read more

1 star because of whats happened today. This place better start feeling their customer base, and who they associate with because it's starting to attract sketchy people into this area that never used to be here. Today, inside the coffee shop to the right of the building was a tattooed guy sleeping inside a chair with a black hoodie, jeans, black book bag and a tablet. Never seen this guy before here, nor this early in the morning before. Guy was out of the ordinary with people that walk in. After he, "wakes up", he goes to the restroom, comes back and sits in a chair with desk, charges his tablet and has some type of phone call with his tablet to his ear. About 30 minutes later two cholo looking guys show up, about late 30's mid 40's and start yelling at the guy aggressively. Overheard they said something about, "that's all I needed". Both of them we're heavy set guys. One had a thick mustache and jean jacket, dark clothing. Other guy has a black t-shirt on and shorts. What I noticed right away the guy with the mustache had a orange blade in his hand (or box cutter). After the guy in the hoodie hands over 100 bucks, they walk away. All throughout that interaction, it became hostile inside. About 15 minutes later, the guy in the black hoodie leaves. I notice Before this tattoo shop was here, it was a Dry Cleaning, Sewing & Alterations shop and nothing like this ever took place. read more

From outside it looked like any other tattoo parlor. Inside it was very interesting with a vintage meets biker feel. The staff was friendly. Everything looked clean. The young lady that helped us go through the jewelry was very helpful. My niece is interested in getting a tattoo once she's 18. I'm always concerned about these types of places on whether it's cleaned. From the look of things everything was in order from the employees, the cleanliness to even use of gloves and sterilization of tools. I'm devastated by my experience, I found this place because of yelp and my location. I really trusted Yelp to help me find a new place for a relatively easy piercing. When I walked in I noticed the ambiance was kinda off, I felt more like I was at a motorcycle parts store than a professional piercing shop but I decided to stay because I'm a RN for a living and at least the place looked clean and sterile (oh how wrong I was) i was greeted, that was nice but I got extremely nervous when I saw my piercer. Now I'm not one to judge usually but she appeared to be on drugs for sure! Meth to be specific you know the look and mannerisms again not trusting my better instincts we went back and started the procedure I didn't notice any unsterile practices when things were getting prepared but I took note of a plethora of safety and health code violations at the end ( as a RN Nurse I'm very pertinent on safety and proper hygiene) well that upset me a bit but not as much as seeing my piercing completely in the wrong spot but also it seemed shallow given the location. I paid left and went to my car where I just cried on the phone with my bestie while I sat there working up the fortitude to remove my piercing after having it for only 10 minutes because I knew it was done incorrectly. This is no piercing shop or tatoo shop I'd everrrrrr recommend. Sketchy workers unsafe and unsterile working environments and was nothing like any experience I've ever had with my prior piercings. read more

I've been to the shop on multiple occasions, all for piercing needs. Every time I come the environment is always welcoming and someone is able to help me right away. I have seen Mikah on several occasions, she's kind, patient, and skilled. At this point she's become my designated piercer because of how pleased I am with her work. On my most recent visit Nick helped me to take out a lip piercing (done elsewhere) that had started growing over and had to be removed. It's easy to tell he's experienced and only took a few minutes for something I knew would be difficult to do. I didn't have to pay a cent, and he advised me that it would be better to not replace the piercing, regarding my health rather than trying to get money out of me. We went here got a ring finger tattoo When it was first done the ink LITERALLY flaked off. They blew us off and said "that's nirmal it will be dark when it's healed" We went back about two months later and it's virtsullay "fleas" with a dark out line.. they said oh it's fine but we can do it again.
