I also sent a text message and reached out via WeChat as provided on their sites and have not received a response through any of these channels. If there is a cancellation fee policy in place, there should be a reliable way for patients/clients to actually get through to someone to make changes to their appointment. This level of unresponsiveness is frustrating and unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication so others don't find themselves in this same situation.
