There are a few other things but all in all the pedicure and manicure came out nice. No shoulder massage after the service, which is normal practice in other salons. The pedicure here is expensive here though. It cost 22 dollars. When I reacted because it hurt, she initially dismissed my concerns and acted as though I was just being sensitive. It wasn't until my toe started bleeding that it became obvious something was wrong. Even then, she minimized the situation, saying it was "a small thing," despite my toe bleeding continuously for several minutes. She tried to continue the pedicure as if nothing had happened. I had to tell her to stop because there was no way I could continue while my toe was actively bleeding. It wasn't until I said I was done with the service that the technician finally apologized. What was even more disappointing was the lack of concern from management. While I was sitting there holding a cotton ball against my bleeding toe, the manager never came over to check on me or ask if I was okay. When the technician told the manager that I wouldn't be getting the service, the manager simply responded, "I know," and walked away. The only thing the manager eventually offered me was a Band-Aid. Accidents can happen, but what made this experience unacceptable was how both the technician and the manager handled the situation. Instead of showing empathy, taking accountability, or making any effort to address what had happened, they minimized the incident and seemed unconcerned. Customer care and professionalism were clearly lacking, and I cannot recommend this salon.

The lady clearly doesn't know what she's doing!…read moreI went saying that I want a brow, wax and tint, and she seemed clearly displeased that it's a wax instead of a thread and then I understood why - she clearly doesn't know how to do it very well. I explained that I want light brown and not too thick brows. Unless you wanna have big, huge, bushy brows, this is not the place for you. She doesn't know how to make them thin and shape. They are bushy, giant, and horrible. I kept on asking her to make them thinner, and she was befuddled, and they are still way thicker than I can take. I absolutely hate it. Oh, and not to mention, it was so expensive for the horrible quality that I received ! I was charged $66 for a wax & tint!!!
