I came here with a friend to help him resize his ring over a weekend. There were two people working at the time. Both were extremely knowledgeable about their work, and were consummate professionals. They provided a number of options for resizing, and did a great job explaining the positives and negatives of each one, and noted that if he did not like what they did, they would redo it free of charge. The pricing of their service was very fair, especially for a business in Flagstaff, since many businesses charge higher than normal prices for their service. I went here to have my ring sized for my wedding. When I went in there the owner treated me like a was a stupid woman wasting his time. He continuously made rude comments about my ring. I was so taking back, I didn't really know what to say. I was trying to be nice, on account that my soon to be husband sent me in there because he knows the daughter. Luckily I had my good friend with me to witness the whole thing! As we left I felt icky and was very upset. I told my Fiance what had happen and he called right away. At first he was apologetic and then out of left field said " I'm scared of your fiance and don't know if I want to work on your ring anymore." WHAT?! This is a grown man saying this about a 5'4 125lbs woman? That's weird.. my fiance had to leave work and go pick it up. When face to face the owner once again seemed like our business was unwanted.
