JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Been a long time customer and have always enjoyed the food. Called at 6:20 pm. Went in and there was 10 people in line some have been there for 45mins. The cook would not talk to anyone when he did it was to get your phone number then he would walk away and start cooking your order. 15- 20 mins latter he have the food ready then ask for the next one. Then do the same thing I had to just leave. Called to cancel order and they totally lied to me saying it was ready. Went back not sure why and it was twice as packed in there I will never go back. Had to give 1 star but really ZERO STARS Absolutely awful. Waited over 45 minutes for my PICK UP food. No one spoke english to help us. My bf went in to pick it up and he still sat in there for over 15 minutes and said they screwed up my order. I got 4 things. Other people in there said they've been waiting over half an hour SINCE they got there for their food. My expectations for the taste are insanely low if it takes over 45 minutes for soup and dumplings. Will NEVER be coming back. read more

We just got takeout - so I can't speak to the dining experience, but I was really impressed with the service here. The man working was very kind to us. This Chinese food is alright. I really like the crab ragoons. Other than that the food is fair at best. The egg rolls are usually dripping in oil and very unappetizing. I usually get the general tsos chicken or sesame. It says it is supposed to be spicy but it's very mild. While the crab was made fresh. the General Tso lunch special was terrible' the chicken was hard as a rock and the rice was bad it was like it was sittin there since lunch started. so I decided to call and obtain a refund and I spoke to the manager Ed and he was very very rude just downright disrespectful I told him about the situation and he said he makes sure the customer receives the freshest quality food and he can garuntee that when I asked to speak to the owner he said you have to come the store for that. I use to love this place but the last two times I went there I waited nearly an hour for my food. They tell you ten minutes but it will be 45 to an hour. Once they gave me the wrong food and shorted me on the order. They obviously gave me someone else order. When i called , they acted like I was making it up. Came here armed to spend a crap ton of money... 7 bucks for the buffet (1 drink included) *for an all you can eat .... free drinks (not just a drink) should be provided* had wanton soup, chicken on a stick, rice, spring and egg rolls... It's amazing! Don't know about their delivery bc I'm not lazy. The owner is nice (authentic fresh off the boat but speaks English), the Chinese dough nuts are not to be missed. However a 2 hr delivery time (after being told 50 mins to an hr) and the fact that my order was wrong, leads me to believe that this restaurant has terrible management and can not function as a viable business. Driver was unapologetic, fried rice was boring, crab rangoon was all cream cheese, fried wontons were over done and cold, and to top it off they forgot my fried dumplings. I appreciate the girl who answers the phone trying to help and giving me a "credit" towards my next meal but I definitely will not be using it. This was a big 2 thumbs down. I have used this restaurant since they have opened. I supported all through Covid. Sometimes the food could be a little less quality than before Covid. I over looked those small inconsistencies. In Sept I ordered sweet and sour chicken which is now almost 13 dollars for the quart. I had door dash deliver as I was unable to leave my home that day. Door dash delivered perfectly. The chicken was almost burnt and dripping in grease. It appeared that they at some point had the chicken made and the re deep fried. Which is exactly how it looked. I called and they said I had to speak to the manager which is the owner. I explained. He was somewhat apologetic and said he would remake. I explained had order delivered for a reason and could not come out. He said to call anytime and would remake for me for free. I offered to give my name, he said he did not need name that he would remember by phone number. I offered to take a pic so he could see how bad it really was, he said no not needed. Just to call when I wanted to pick up. I called this past week and the manager had no idea what I was talking about or any memory of our phone conversation. I guess he has so much business he doesn't care about a long term customer. I would beware of any promises he makes as he seems to loose his memory when the promise comes due. If you are looking for sweet and sour pork, good fried rice etc of that variety it is a pretty good local shop :) . However if you are from china or china town, or expect authentic... This aint that kikda place, not in house regional or spicy sauces for the more advanced pallet... nor spicy fish, salt/pepper squid, or the more traditional authentic menu items.
