We just did a google for Chinese restaurants nearby our hotel, but this place was Great! Lucky find! Huge menu. Normal prices. Fresh flavorful food for all 3 of us. Our server Ren was busy but made sure we were taken care of. Special requests like "no green pepper " etc were done. Food came out steaming hot and my shrimp and scallop dish was cooked perfectly. Didn't think much of it when I drove by the taco bell next door. The food is a mixture of that, Chinese, and Sushi. The szechuan chicken is good. The Pansng chicken is one of the best dishes on the menu: sliced white meat chicken, mixed vegetable in a coconut milk, and red curry sauce. Very flavorful. Service is good and the place is clean. You have to hunt down your server to get a dang refill do ask early. No refills to go. You'll like it. Cash and credit. Do not leave spare change on the table. my son asked to have Chinese for dinner , so we decided to try something new, the Imperial Gardens restaurant, on Lorain, in North Olmsted. I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce my son to Chinese-American "fundamentals" we ordered Spring Rolls ( Chicken & regular) , Egg Drop soup, and for dinner he had Sweet & Sour Chicken, and i got California, and a GODZILLA roll ! I also ordered myself a Mojito... which itself was truly great !! I love a good Mojito, and this one was all that ! The egg-drop soup was 1st rate, very delicious, and the Spring Rolls were perfectly crispy, yet packed with a delicious steamy center. The Sweet & Sour chicken had a nice portion , but was oddly presented... the rice was just on the side (instead of on the plate, under the nuggets) , as was the sauce, there were only a very few vegetables, so it was basically a plate of breaded chicken nuggets, with sauce, on the side... not a spectacular presentation, but tasty all the same. The California Roll was predictably basic, but really came to life after a liberal application of Soy Sauce. The Godzilla roll itself was very good; a truly interesting combination of textures & flavors which I really appreciated, but, I do however wish that it just looked... a little bit, more, you know, godzilla-ey ! BTW- the staff was great, the restaurant was very clean, and the vibe was authentic, to a point... i don't know who chose to play the "music" they were playing this night ; it wasn't Chinese, it didn't create any great ambiance, and if it was considered "popular", it sadly wasn't that for us. I really do recommend this new restaurant, the service was excellent, the drinks were tasty & the food was delicious ... my son wants come back soon & try other dishes from their lovely menu ! read more

Nice neighborhood Chinese and Sushi house. Pleasant and clean atmosphere. Friendly staff greeted us as we entered and a very nice waitress provided prompt service. We enjoy the Tsing Tao beer but there were a fair number of other beers available. I had the Imperial Beef with white rice. Great flavor and a good sized portion. Beef was tender enough to cut with a fork. Eggroll was ok. Others at the table had Sesame Chicken, Chicken Moo Goo Gaipan and Egg Foo Young. All were delicious. I went there to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Our waiter, Brandon, said he had only been there for two weeks, so we weren't sure what to expect. He was busy with several tables, but was so courteous and polite. Our food arrived in a timely manner and was delicious. I had the Mei Fun House special and my daughter had the Happy Family. When I mentioned her birthday, he came back with three fortune cookies and sang Happy Birthday while juggling! How sweet! Ordered orange chicken with white rice, egg rolls and a shrimp tempura roll. When I went to pick up the food, I asked her if she could please add a large side of sweet and sour sauce. She left to go grab it and came back with a large container of sweet and sour soup. I told her that this was a simple miscommunication and that it was not a problem despite her offering to refund the soup and allow me to keep it. After getting home, I found that there was no orange chicken and instead there was a large bowl of chicken fried rice. I called back to see if they could just make an orange chicken for me and I could come pick it up because I did not order the chicken fried rice. She said that the best she could do was a 30% discount on the orange chicken, but at the same time she also offered to refund me the charge for the chicken fried rice... Whatever... I asked her to make the orange chicken and stated that I will be there with my card to refund the chicken fried rice. While driving back to the restaurant to get my correct order and refund, I thought that I would also ask for the refund on the soup that they previously offered me because i had to drive approx 20 minutes to get there. Gas is not cheap these days! After arriving, I asked for the refund for the soup as well as the rice and had to put up quite the fight to get it. She said that I had already declined the refund and that that specific offer was no longer on the table. I was flabbergasted at how they would treat a customer who has been coming about twice a month for years! After this, to my complete and utter astonishment, she asked me for the food back so she could complete the refund like we were at a department store and I was returning clothes that didn't fit right or something. I told her that I of course did not bring back the food back to which she then declined to offer me any refund whatsoever. I told her to keep the orange chicken and that I would not be coming back... Gave one star because the sushi was average. Egg rolls were greasy and barely had any meat... Unbelievable!! read more

I heard others rave about their egg rolls! Well, forget it, their egg rolls are just as bad as most other chinese restaurants today and cost twice as much! A real deal breaker. I also ordered lo mein shrimp because they did not offer chow mein. I got what was basically a bowl of spaghetti with few if any vegetables and the shrimp i paid extra for. Very mediocre, at best, and again at an inflated price. My friend ordered the house fried rice. Usually this is a tasty treat in most chinese restaurants, this time it was, u guessed it, very ordinary at a hugely inflated price. So, we had a dish of spaghetti, 4 eggrolls,and a small order of fried rice for $40.00 and it was very, very, ordinary at best! never again will I order from this overpriced chinese restaurant that doesn't even offer chow mein. Also, the portions werent even generous. Cant say enough bad about the eggrolls! They appeared a bit larger than normal, but they were basically hollow husks with a little cabbage inside, but not enough to fill them and nothing else at $3.00 a pop! They should be ashamed of what they are serving One star is too much! At least we didnt get sick! read more

Nice new restaurant. My all time favorite Chinese dish is Szechuan Chicken and it's hard to find a good one, theirs is exceptional. I brought my parents with me the next time and they loved it too...mom got sweet and sour chicken lunch special and dad got the Mongolian Beef...both cleaned their plates. My mom and I had dinner there2/3/24. It's a nice place! People there are really nice and friendly. However, the egg rolls were drenched in oil. Food was okay. Wife and I live approximately 3 blocks away and were excited to see the sign of the upcoming opening. Since its opening we took take 4 or 5 times. Each time, it was nothing to write home about. I can't understand ALL the great reviews. This last Monday we tried it again and were disappointed again. Wife ordered vegetable deluxe, and I had sweet and sour pork with pork fried rice. What could go wrong? Well, the pork pieces were a nice size until I ate one, there was a pea size dried out little piece of pork inside all that batter. Oh yeah, and their pork fried rice is hardly any different than plain rice except for a few peas with a speckle of egg, flavorless. Of course, I expect Plates that were 6 or 7 dollars a few yrs. ago are now doubled, all restaurant's have taken advantage of our spending more for less. I remember All the calls for supporting eateries during pandemic. Sub par food at high prices is now Our payback. Any way. I'll simply never go there again. read more
