She was soo locked in, it stood out (think in n out kitchen line) but all by herself , she was handling in person orders, DoorDash orders and keeping up with low stock items , cleaning after herself , running back to place specialty orders to the kitchen etc and kept re assuring in person clients she would be right with us. She had a system that kept everything flowing nicely , so as someone that values service and hard work I decided to want to tip her , however I believe the owners came out right when she was about to ring me up and one man took over so I said I want to leave this tip (cash) but I want her to keep it. And the owners said I had to put it on the tip jar and I said but I want her to keep because she was handling everything on her own and his response was "I have to keep on the jar to keep things fair." The point of this is I really hope he is keeping his word and giving this young lady a good fair salary because he is very very lucky to have a worker that is treating his business as if it was hers , specially in today's world where everyone just doesn't want to work and feels entitled.
