The staff are nice, the seating area is a bit small but very cozy. Ohayo usually has a good crowd dining-in, so we've found that takeout is a better fit for us unless we're having a date night. Steve is from Texas and has been in the BBQ business for 26 years. He is using hickory wood for smoking his meats. I ordered the Macaroni and cheese, a sampling of the chili. A little of everything as far as the meats. The Mac and cheese was okay, nothing really special. The chili for ME was way over seasoned. That may be a Texas style, it had a little meat to it, no beans. On to the stars of the show which was the meats. The ribs were nice and tender, fall off the bone. The brisket was cooked perfectly. Nice tug to pull it apart. The pulled pork had great texture and flavor. I didn't use any sauce on the meats due to the great smokey flavor impeded by the hickory wood. If you're in the area them out. Almost forgot the chicken wings. OMG!! These were delicious, great flavor.
