Our relationship with David began when Golden Heights remodeled/finished our garage for us. This included a new garage door opener, new storage crawl space, floor coating, insulation, drywall, replacement of standard water heater with a tankless water heater, recessed lighting, and a new door into the house. He also helped get in contact with cabinet makers for storage. He his reliable, communicative, and enjoyable to work with. After being impressed with our garage work, we asked David to remodel our bathroom and do some other random jobs around our house like additional recessed lighting, a breakfast nook bench seat, new electrical panel, and replacement in a second bathroom of light, fan, vanity, and mirrors. I am including pictures of our new beautiful master bathroom which was stripped down to the studs. They even raised a ceiling, moved plumbing, and moved the entry door/wall to expand the bathroom. I had two bathrooms renovated for an investment property I have. From the very start of requesting for a free quote, to sending them my last payment, I can't say enough good things about this company, especially my project manager, Salvador. It was during the free estimate that I got the feeling he not only wasn't tryjng to upsell me, but genuinely cared about me as a small investor. He knew what he was talking about in matters of how to best fix things in a budget friendly way, he knew what some of the most trendy styles are across the world, and always came up with great ideas! He kept in touch with me as much as I needed, took me shopping to see materials, visited the project site often, so that I didn't need to constantly drive over 1 hour to see how things were. Also during this time, I had other contractors in the house working on other projects, Salvador would send me pictures of those project updates when he was sending pictures of the bathroom updates. He is meticulous! Once the bathrooms were both completed, I walked through to inspect the work. There were some minor items that needed attention, and Salvador was not happy until I was 100% happy. My renovation was just completed in record time. Quality work and speed are seldom used in the same sentence but for Golden Heights I will attest to both. We had the kitchen island remodeled, the counter replaced, cabinets painted, all the flooring replaced, bathrooms update, etc. It was a big job. Our bathroom was a bit unconventional because we had a wood counter and shelf but it ended up looking very good. There were a few small issues along the way, like we had to keep going back to the store to get more things because we didn't have a clear idea of everything we were going to need to finish the work and we weren't told about it until we got to that point in the job (it would have helped to go only a few times to the store with someone so we could get as much of it as possible at once). After a long search, I contacted Golden Heights Remodeling to fix up an old guest room and bathroom that had water damage on the floor.
