I need an electrician and David came out to look at my project today. He was not able to do the work due to contractor requirements (I have an owner building permit already). He was very knowledgeable and gave me advice on the best way to proceed, how to save money, and things to watch out for with unscrupulous subs. He also told me to give him a call if I had any other questions and is going to provide some references. Some of the other Yelp trades people were late or simply didn't show up or didn't return calls after initial contact. A consultation was provided by David about how to maintenance my house and repair the damage. He quickly looked at all the areas showing damage and assessed it. He then took me through his suggestions on how to fix the issues. He told me the job was too small for them to take on, but he would be happy to give me all the information I needed to continue with the project with another company or can refer me an Engineer. David is knowledgeable and willing to share all the details on how to enforce a house and explain the structure of a house, good enough to know approximately how much cost and what the cost depends on.
