We hired Golden Heights last year to update our kitchen. We were so pleased with their work that we hired them again this year to remodel our primary bathroom. Our project manager for both projects was Or Haim. He did a fantastic job both times. If you've ever gone through a remodel, you'd know that it can be a challenging process. There are so many details and considerations, such as code specifics, endless material choices, inspections, etc. It can be very overwhelming! Fortunately we had Or Haim who helped us navigate the entire process. This included daily communications regarding project progress, any hiccups that needed to be resolved, design and material recommendations and so much more. The construction team was also excellent. They took great care when going in and out of the house including lining the floors and walls with a protective layer and cleaning up at the end of the work day. We had some miscommunications but they were able to fix and resolve the issues. Michael was our project manager and main point of contact. He was always on time for our meetings, answered our phone calls/text messages, and made sure we meet our deadline since we were still living in our apartment. We contracted Golden Heights Remodeling to convert our garage into a useable office/living space. David and the team did an excellent job on the project. The project included removing the plaster walls, installing insulation and new drywall, making seismic upgrades including plywood shear walls and anchor bolts to the foundation, repiping, and installing new outlets. They were able to fit us in between two different jobs and completed the work in under two weeks, which was less than we expected from several others. I decided to add 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to my single family house recently, and I decided to work with Golden Heights Remodeling. Honestly, this was a GREAT experience, and even much better than I expected. David and Eran were great with the communication, transparency and the work that their crew did was excellent. They estimated the job would take about 3-4 months, but it ended up taking about 6-7 weeks to finish the build. They did have a few other minor tasks to complete for the full project, but the majority of the work was done very early. I am very pleased with not only the work, but the price and the customer service provided by David and Eran. The crew they used were on point, working AT LEAST 5 days a week, sometimes 6. Ricardo, Juan and the rest of the crew were also a pleasure to work with and were able to provide info and insight every time I asked.
