We went on Sunday, the day of the clocks turning and found it to be chill in there. I'm sure other people were trying to get used to the new time as well. I ordered some eggs, bacon, and hash browns. All were very amazing and fresh. The YS got the omelette and had enough to take home for breakfast the next day. All in all a great meal and I will definitely be back to try other dishes.

There was a couple playing chess on one of the bistro tables out front, and two elderly gentlemen having a lively conversation about local politics. This is just my scene! We ordered a marionberry danish and a sugar cookie, both of which were fresh, delicious and well-priced. The staff were super friendly and offered us a sample of freshly-baked dog treats for our pug Penelope, who we had in tow. Ask the bakers about their recent visit from Abraham Lincoln, it will make for a fun story and laugh. I hope you decide to visit this gem of a bakery, and tell your friends about it too!

My wife ordered the medium roast, and I ordered the dark roast. The waitress placed a paper coaster under my cup so anyone refilling coffee would know which blend to pour. It's a simple system, but it shows attention to detail that many restaurants overlook. Check out the photos of the different sugar and sweetener selections available for coffee and tea, along with the variety of jam choices served with toast. Those small touches help create a welcoming breakfast experience. At 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday, the restaurant was packed, yet we still managed to find a parking space and a booth. Even with a full dining room, the service remained friendly, attentive, and efficient. Two years later, Sybil's continues to deliver a consistently good breakfast experience. That's becoming harder to find, and it's why we'll continue coming back.
