New location - had to check it out. 60 BDay. Had the New York Med Rare - really quality beef (no doubt) but was really undercooked. Cold in the middle - mooo - I NEVER send things back but tonight I did. 5-7 minutes later it shows up with a deep char on the outside. Still rare in the middle but at least it's warm. I can eat high quality meet rare. Not everyone can. It seemed like the grill was way too hot trying to rush a beautiful steak through the kitchen. Seems like the grill master needs to learn to cook a $42 NY. Staff was great. So were the crab cakes.

We went for a long lunch and sat outside. Besides the weather being absolutely gorgeous, the view of downtown and the river was really calm and serene. Our server was attentive, she brought the drinks right away and asked about appetizers. We wanted to sit and chat for a bit before ordering and the server respected that. Eventually, I ordered the French dip sandwich with sweet potato fries and my guest ordered the chicken fried steak. Both were very flavorful and the portion sizes were awesome. I got to finish my French dip later on as a midnight snack. The jus was still delicious. I recommend this restaurant to those that want a delicious dining experience. As I mentioned, the server could "read the room" and was on top of anticipating our needs. Thanks Korinne!

Butternut pasta with shrimp, wow, incredible. Husband had the lamb chops and caesar salad, both very good! Nice remodel in the new location. Appreciate lots of free parking. Look forward to returning and trying more dishes.

It was our 20th anniversary and our 2nd time. 1st was a great experience with friends so we thought we'd go for our anniversary. Well this time not great. Went for happy hour at 4 on a Saturday not busy. So food off happy hour was mediocre. We ordered steak bites teriyaki and marsala and no juice to dip all the bread in. Crab cakes were ok, seared ahi was in big cubes not sliced like last visit so not consistent with ther food. Jalepeno bites were frozen and they just added pico de gall over it. we asked to have our salads and steak bites after appetizers and they all came at once. So we had a table full of food. waiter didn't come to check on us, had to wave someone down to bring me water and asked for a side of butter to put on bread that came with Marsala bites cuz there was nothing to dip the bread into and it never came. Thought since it was our anniversary they'd offer us a bottle of wine at a discount or even a dessert. Nothing. Oh they did come and light the candle on our table. We could've went anywhere in Salem for our 20th anniversary but chose her from past experience but we won't be back for awhile. Kitchen needs to be consistent!!! don't serve a dish different. also that night was caribbean night and I think that was their focus getting band set up.

Kelly was so friendly, so full of life and energy and love. It seemed like everyone loves working there.. The food was absolutely amazing. Amazing from beginning to end this was by far superior to any restaurant I've been to in a long time. The service, the food, the ambience, sure wish it was in my town. Everyone at our table enjoyed their breakfast. We couldn't take it with us unfortunately because we're flying home today, but the portions are huge. Do yourself a favor and visit this cozy place. We told hostess we did not want to sit at the bar, she sat us at the bar, after some more wait, we did get a table. Coffee was ok, but the cups were huge, always 2/3 full of cold coffee. The food took one hour to find our table. Nothing special, my wife had an omelet, with a big glob of Brie cheese, overpowering the omelet. I had corned beef hash that was extremely dry and salty. I also had warm rye bread. Not toasted. We were half done with our breakfast, and was given the bill, and boxes to go. Very rushed, crowded, and expensive. $58 for sub-par breakfast for 2. Sorry WOM, didn't cut it.

Their ciders are great, I tried the Viking Cherry Cider and loved it so much I bought a six pack to take home, at $18 for 6 it was still absolutely well worth it. For food my coworker got the Fish and Chips, deep fried in beef tallow for those who avoid seed oils, and said it was excellent. I had a caesar salad and fries to go with my cider and it was a lovely meal. This will absolutely be one of our go-to spots when in Salem from now on.

I was thrilled to find that the scotch eggs were not only delicious but also authentically prepared. The yolk was soft and slightly runny, and the crust was perfectly crisp and flavorful. This establishment is a true hidden gem. While the food prices are a little steep, the quality definitely makes it worthwhile. We will be back!

It wasn't crowded when I arrived, around 3 or 4pm. Service was very friendly and relaxed. It had a comfortable, friendly vibe. It seems this place has a lot of regulars, because a couple groups came in after me and were greeted by name. It was Tuesday, which meant the Happy Hour menu was available all day. The prices were quite reasonable, and we got plenty of food. We ordered the Korean Street Tacos, and Curried chicken lettuce wraps and the cheeseburger with hand cut fries. Everything was delicious. The Korean tacos were a nice mixture of fresh veggies and rich meat flavors as well as some heat. The wraps were generously filled with a great classic chicken salad with curry, and had a great crunch. The burger was juicy and rich, was a good size and had a yummy brioche bun. The fries were cooked well and the ranch was creamy with a dilly kick. This was some solid food at a great price. Apparently Tuesday is trivia night, but we left before that started. This is a great place for some great food. I can see why this place has regulars!

Cozy and not too loud. Their specials menu of select food and drinks was nice, but I was a but disappointed to learn that the only non-alcoholic offering was a canned golden beer (and soft drinks, water - haha, per our server). They did have a decent selection of draft beer. I shared that many restaurants are offering mocktails and that they're missing an opportunity there. The table ordered a sampling of the menu; Korean tacos, Caesar salad, Mac & Cheese, Burger and fries, and Lettuce wraps. Drinks included strawberry lemonade, draft beer, wine, and ice tea. The Korean tacos were good, but not excellent. I think the shell could be improved upon, maybe a fried won ton? Maybe some chili sauce on the side? The Caesar salad was very good, but the mac and cheese was bland and disappointing. Overall it seems like they're working through some kinks. The server could've used some help, as he seemed to have the only one working all of the tables. No ketchup on the table for fries or offer of any. A condiment station might help, but the place is relatively small. I'm glad we stopped in and will certainly give it another shot. It's nice to have an affordable family friendly spot in Salem and I wish them the best of luck!
