No silverware or dishes or plates. This is not someplace you come to sit and eat. I got a plastic spoon for my soup that I'm eating out of a plastic container. Soup has zero flavor. I had to buy egg rolls since there was a $10 minimum and I almost threw up when I tried one. Left the entire meal on the table and walked out. I dont write too many reviews on yelp, but this place needs some truly deserved good publicity. First off, yes, it is Americanized Chinese food, but when I say that, I mean that in the best way possible. Eating here reminds me of being a kid and getting takout on friday with the entire family and watching a movie at home. That is the kind of Chinese take out done right. The veggies are always crisp. The food always incredibly hot and delivered in no time. The flavor is sweet and savory and hits the spot just right. Many American Chinese take out is sub par and lacking quality now aday. Standard Chinese restaurant with standard menu selection and standard prices. Sesame chicken was pretty good and moist. As others have commented, the fried rice was plain since it was mostly just rice and fried onions but still tasty even if it lacked veggies. Combo order came with egg roll and fried noodle chips. Service was fast and staff were friendly. Carpet could use a good steaming but I've seen far worse in these establishments. Restaurant was pretty empty but they were receiving takeout/delivery calls constantly so it seems like a reliable Chinese food place. FYI $10 minimum purchase for credit/debit. read more

The food here is typical Americanized chinese food; a good hunk of what's available on the menu is some combination of either sticky or sweet. So long as this is what you're in the mood for, this is not a bad place at all. Their prices are pretty low and you receive a very decent amount of meat for what you pay. I find the Hunan chicken and sweet & sour stuff to be pretty tasty, although you should probably experiment to see what you like on their menu. Their lunch combos offer the best value. One last thing to mention is that they deliver very fast. I've never dined in at their location, but they're absolutely the quickest restaurant in town when it comes to deliveries. Now, I've given this place about twenty plus tries since my youth, and the food's never been great. It's gotten worse. It used to be the sort of place you could sit down and have a quiet meal of fair to middling Chinese food. If you were craving it and didn't drive, it worked great. When you're 15 living in the suburbs you're not terribly picky. Well, we're older now, we were craving it and our usual place was closed so we wound up giving it another go. The hostess looked a bit annoyed that we tore her from her texting when we walked in. We ended up ordering takeout what ended up being some of the worst, plastic tasting Chinese food I've had in ages. Unexplainable neon orange rice, chewy chicken.. and boy did she want us out of there, too. Shoved the food in our hand, took the cash and disappeared back from whence she came. Do yourself a favor and go a few more miles down the road to Mandarin Inn, or backtrack to Butler and go to East Cuisine. Oh, and the parking lot is pretty bad. read more

Not my favorite place to locally order chinese from, but it's the only one that delivers to my house, to my knowledge. Their fried rice lacks vegetables. It only comes with bean sprouts and onions. I usually like my fried rice with many vegetables including peas and carrots... I usually stick with their chicken and broccoli, Lo mein, and steamed dumplings as they are best things on the menu. They are also pretty fast with delivery. Usually here in 10-30 minutes. Not my first choice, but it's a little better than east cuisine and they deliver and they make my Chinese takeout staples pretty well. read more

Just ordered a delivery from them . Food wasnt cooked well , dumplings didnt have any meat in them. It seemed like they reheated yesterdays general tso left over , the sauce was soggy and the chicken didnt taste right . First time i order and surely wont order again !!! HIGHLY dont recommend. The teriyaki beef sticks were almost black and had no flavor, they reminded me of rehydrated beef jerky, definitely pass. The egg rolls were literally dripping with grease. The seafood and vegetables were pretty good, but the beef lo mein was meh. Stringy and gristly. I had to spit out most of the pieces of beef. I've had great fried dumplings and sweet and sour chicken from this place, but I don't think I'll be going back after this visit. The quality doesn't seem to be there anymore unfortunately. read more

This is a regular ol' Ambler neighborhood Chinese joint. They actually have pretty good food and is tasty when you're craving Chinese. I have picked up food and had food delivered to me at work and they are quick to get you your food. As for something to recommend? Anything is good. Why not try the boneless ribs, which are usually my favorite at any Chinese place. read more
