The negatives: Construction - this isn't anything the hotel can help but it was a mess trying to get in there and find it because of construction. Bed quality - this was the biggest drawback for my wife and I. The bed was FIRM... like sleeping on a rock firm. We like a softer bed and this one caused some problems sleeping. If you like a firm mattress this may be perfect for you. The neutral items: Breakfast - we left too early to get breakfast so we didn't have a chance to try it. I also stayed at the Hilton Cincinnati this trip and just looked at my bills and the Hilton was cheaper than this Home2 Suites. The check in staff were very nice and we checked in without issue. I was disappointed I was not recognized as a Diamond Member and offered any perks. Room was pretty clean. I thought it was weird the refrigerator door opened the wrong way. I was looking forward to a little breakfast to start the day, but both days was disappointed. Waffles seemed to be the only hot item kept in stock. The bread drawers were mostly empty and the warmer box did not have much in it. I grabbed a breakfast sandwich from the boix and it was very dry because staff let the water run out. No yogurt available. The second day I grabbed a wrapped sandwich from the warming box thinking it would be better. The egg and sausage were near frozen. This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. An added bonus was the smell of marijuana throughout the halls. I invite Hilton leadership to pay a surprise visit and fix the problems here.

I must say that our experience at you facility was terrible. I called in advance - since we were traveling with our little dog - just to make sure the hotel was pet friendly. I was greeted by a person on the phone (named "O'Neil") who answered all my questions with one word replies. At no time did he mention that the hotel was "under construction/renovation." As we checked into the hotel - his demeanor was no better. As an FYI - when an employee works in the "hospitality business" ........that employee should be "hospitable" to customers. That was out introduction to your hotel. Upon checking into our room (Room 246) - my wife and I were shocked at the room condition. I've attached photos: - Entrance to room was not vacuumed - Bathroom vanity was covered in paint stains - Light on top of bathroom mirror was cracked - Walls in bathroom were cracked and in need of repair - Piping was rusted and covered with paint - Air filter over shower was filthy (possible mold) - Towel used for shower floor was ripped (I've used better towels for rags) - Door jam at entrance was cracked To make matters even worse - my wife and I had been traveling for over 12 hours. We were exhausted. I went down to the lobby to ask O'Neil if he could give us a cup of milk. He told me the hotel had no milk. That was a lie. Upon speaking to Everton & Dina the next morning - they informed me that milk is available - but hotel policy is to not share it with guests. I can understand this (although I've traveled extensively in my career - and I've never asked for a cup of milk before and been lied to and refused). Most vending machines were out of order (see photos). Signs in the hotel stated "Please Excuse Our Dust." I can honestly say that I've never been in a hotel in such poor condition in my life. If renovations were being made - I should have been notified in advance. Additionally, I should have not been assigned to a room that clearly was not in acceptable condition. To be fair - I place no blame with the cleaning staff assigned to our room. I'm sure they were doing what they could with a substandard room. I spoke to Everton on the morning of checkout. He was very nice and helpful. I also spoke to Dina - who made notes regarding my experience. On a final note - my wife and I went to the breakfast "buffet" on the way out. Equipment was out of order - and the orange juice from the dispenser was rancid (with a brownish color).

Its sleek lines and modern structure stand out among the modest buildings that surround it. Every inch of its interior and exterior are detailed in lavish sophistication. We stayed in the Spa Suite- a beautiful, spacious room with a deep soaking tub perfect for relaxing. Snacks, drinks and card games are within easy reach, tempting you from their station on the oversized desk (for a charge, of course). We skipped slipping into our robes and ordering room service and went down to the hotel bar instead. The bar offers a number of handcrafted cocktails, I was so conflicted about which to order that I told the bartender I would just go down the list- and she happily obliged. Dinner hadn't quite started yet so we ordered food from a limited lunch menu and made friends with the bar patrons. After all, it's still a small town and everyone around is incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, due to my overly enthusiastic cocktail buffet, I didn't make it to dinner. Luckily, I had a gorgeous room to stumble back to, and when I woke up, the minibar snacks and drinks truly saved my night. I absolutely think you get great value for the price of a stay here. Service excellent, food was quite unique and delicious with multiple layers of flavor!! Most dishes do not come with a side and you must order separately. A special Place to come to for a special Occasion! The outdoor patio area is lovely as well!! This was our second visit here.
