    Chicken and pork skewers!

I love love love the lumpia from Golden Lumpia! They have a food truck that can be found most places around town in Lemoore and Hanford, but also on base as well. They're always so friendly and fast. The lumpia is always so crispy and light and these tiny things are packed with some big flavor. Paired with the complimentary sweet chili sauce, these will make an impression. I've had the sisig ones as well, they're a little bigger (longer) and flavor is unique for those ones. Tonight, we also got the golden fried chicken wings and the pork and chicken skeweres! Also very Yummi!!!

Food was great, service was great, I recommend it for sure. Everything was tasty. If you want to try something different from what Hanford has come over to Lemoore and give them a try!!!

Amazing food! We are visiting from arizona where we have similar places but this is by far the best filipino food ive had here in the states. The service is nice, the staff is very good at communicating! The ambiance is amazing, very peaceful, and the decorations are adorable! I WILL be coming here again!

The lumpia is extremely delicious. I love the dipping sauce and the crispiness of the lumpia.

The Golden Lumpia was the perfect solution for my comfort food craving. I was visiting town for work and was ecstatic to see this Filipino restaurant. The lumpia was perfect; golden and with an irresistible crunch. The pork sinigang warmed me up after a long foggy day in the field. I didn't even hesitate to pick up some chicken empanadas and a silog for breakfast and lunch tomorrow. The service was quick and very friendly as well. Every interaction was served with a smile!

We tried this food truck at Gazebo Gardens. What a cute set-up. Now for Naynay's truck review- I…read moredon't know if I was spoiled or what, but I grew up eating Filipino food at friends' houses and it was so much better than this. Naynay's lumpia were nice and crispy but just didn't have that delicious flavor I remember. The sweet chili sauce was good and it helped with the so-so flavor. Where I was really disappointed was the pancit. Yucky. :( It didn't have the right vegetables and waaay too much cilantro on top. I tried putting the soy sauce mixture on top but that didn't even help. The worst part was that we waited a really long time for our food. Numbers were called out of order and other people waiting for their food were looking around to see if others were waiting too. My husband ordered first at Naynay's and then went over to another truck to order Korean tacos. The tacos were ready super fast and we were trying to eat all the food together but while waiting for Naynay's the tacos started getting cold so we ended up eating them and even then we still waited quite a while before our food from Naynay's was done. Overall, just not a good experience with Naynay's, which is sad because they're the whole reason I wanted to go check out the food truck night.

The location has shrunk in size, but they've upgraded their options and have some pre-packaged snacks and treats--including pints of Magnolia ice cream. The garlic rice, pancit, adobo (chicken or pork), and lumpia are still the same and delicious. I am a little sad that there is usually only one variety of sinigang soup at a time...usually the fish, which is my least favorite, because you may end up with the head (including eyeballs)-which I know some love, but I'm really not a fan. My favorite is the pork or shrimp, which I believe have superior flavor. Just as with everywhere else, prices have skyrocketed, reducing our ability to frequent Jowli's. Still, when we get food-to-go, this is a place that we prefer to support. I'm glad it has survived over a decade-Fresno is better with Jowli's here.

I've had pancit from a vendor at a farmers market and it was better. Lumpia was nothing special. Tasted like the frozen ones that you bring home to fry. Customer service could be friendlier. They weren't rude but just awkward. Service was slow for having no other customers and food ready to serve like a buffet. May not be going back when there are other better options.
