I really wanted to like this place because of how convenient it is for me, but unfortunately, every visit has been disappointing, and today was the final straw. The service is mediocre at best. I consistently feel rushed, and more often than not, completely ignored by the staff. There's no sense of care or attention to detail, which is the bare minimum you expect when you're paying for a service meant to be relaxing. My most recent pedicure was shockingly fast and not in a good way. I paid extra for callus removal (which is already frustrating, considering smoothing your feet should be a standard part of a pedicure), and she spent maybe five seconds on it. Unsurprisingly, nothing was actually removed. After the pedicure was finished, she asked if I was happy with it. I politely pointed out that there were still quite a few calluses and dry skin around the nail and asked if she could remove them. Her response was, "You have dry skin. I cannot remove." That left me completely confused because isn't that the entire point of a pedicure? To make matters worse, my gel polish was barely cured, only about 10-15 seconds per coat. That's not just poor service, it's concerning. Improper curing can lead to issues like contact dermatitis, and it made me genuinely uncomfortable. I've left unhappy every single time I've come here, but I kept giving it another chance because of the convenience. At this point, I'd rather drive 30 minutes for a place that actually values its customers. I would not recommend going here. read more

Family introduced me to this nail location before vacation. I had both mani & pedi done@that visit, & tried gel for first -&- last time. I can see why my friends like gel, But I like to change nail polish colors more often. 5 years later & this is still the best salon for a pedi When My feet are a mess from gardening. In recent years they have added an organic option which smells & feels fantastic. REFRESHING This time was different than last, But still lovely. My friend called and made us an appointment the day of. They were busy, so it took longer for us to get seated; however, I felt this was totally fine since we did schedule the appointment hours earlier and they prioritized getting us started. I was disappointed that my friend and I didn't get to sit next to each other, as we were hoping to catch up. This was her first time getting acrylic nails, and she LOVES them. I also love mine! The nail tech worked fast but also made sure she was happy with the quality. She redid a nail's design twice because she was not happy with it. Although the design I got was not exactly what I asked for, I do still like the vibe of them and I can say that the nail tech added her own artistic touch to them. This is my "go to" nail spa. The staff is friendly and I always get great service. I don't have a favorite technician. They all do a wonderful job! So, I just take next available. I recommend the dip colors for your fingernails. So versatile. I can garden, do housework and nothing seems to chip my nails or dull the color. The pedicures are wonderful as well. It's worth the money to pay a little extra to get the hot wax treatment and massage. read more

5/4/2021 - Update! I went back because I was unhappy. And My was about to fix it for me and made me so happy when I left. Changed my review to 5 stars because they were understanding. I went in today to get a manicure before my husband and I leave for our vacation. I asked for a powder dipped manicure. I wanted an ombré of ocean blue and white. I showed her an image of what I was going for and she still didn't understand and had another nail tech look. She began using the dremel. Then she started with the glue polish right away. Didn't trim my cuticles,buff my nails, or cut my nails. She moved on with the process. When she was done it was hardly what I was wanting. Very disappointing! I could have done a better job. Some of the nails don't have colors where they should and they look sloppy! And it was $40! What!? I have been here several times of the years and this takes the cake. read more

I use to love Fashion nails. I've been going here for years for pedicures and nails. Over that time I've seen their business grow and now they are way too busy all the time, there is no time you can go and not spend 3-4 hours of your day there and because they are so busy their work has declined. My lady missed the side of my nails on my left hand. She went really fast which I don't really mind but quality first. I was telling her I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up on the bottom only, she interrupted and agreed. She continued to wax the entire brow and they are uneven and too thin. I was treated like I was an annoyance, instead of a paying customer. The lady who did my nails didn't even say hello, nor did she say thank you for my generous tip. When I accidentally smudged a nail, I was treated badly when I asked if someone could please fix it. Also, my nails started chipping THAT NIGHT. The owners are pleasant enough, and always greet you when you walk in, but the other employees need a course in common courtesy, politeness, and manners. I got a dip powder manicure for the first time because several friends rave about how they only have to go back every 3-4 weeks to have them filled or redone. Mine started coming loose at the edges after 6 days. Finally totally lost one after 13 days, so I took them all off using the appropriate method. My own nails were trash underneath and 3 broke off really short. I also did not appreciate that they put my fingers into the community powder pot instead of sprinkling some out into a separate container. I have gone for pedicures and a couple of gel manicures and had good service. I'm not sure what happened this last visit but I will probably look forward a salon elsewhere. read more

I have been going to fashion nails since I was 14 and Han gave me my very first acrylic set. The whole staff there is so amazing and kind considering how picky I am with how my nails are. They always get the job done and they always look amazing in the end, and I always have so many people complementing my nails and asking me where I got them done at! I love how they turned out. I was told by multiple employees that they can do whatever color combo for ombré that a person wants. This is my new go to nail salon UPDATE: Cannot say enough great things about this salon. This salon is a hidden gem!! For the 6 months I've been going here, I've had 2 or 3 dip manicures chip or the gel topcoat starts to peel off and every time the owner tells me to come in and they sit me down immediately and fix all of my nails. This salon has great prices and is well worth the money. They stand behind their work and will fix any issues within the first 7 days without question. This place is quite popular so I would HIGHLY SUGGEST making an appointment, even the day of, otherwise you could wait to be seated for up to 40 minutes. Have been nail hopping for a couple months and can't find a new place I like. This was my second visit deciding to give them another try and I made an appointment for dip powder manicure. I get there and sign in and the owner man kept looking at me and finally asked me by 15 minutes later did I have an appointment? I said yes. He said pick your color sit at station 10 and we will be right with you. Sat there for 15 minutes longer till an employee came and had me soak my hands in remover. Soaked for near 20 minutes and started scraping the old powder off myself I was getting so bored. Finally an employee came to help me get my nails started and completely rushed through the whole thing as there was a bridal party of 10 waiting to get started and they closed within the hour, yet I made an appointment. I left with unprofessional looking and mishapen nails, and now even worse being 6 days later I have 3 of them chipped. We arrived and waited for over an hour before anyone came over to check on us and apologize for the long wait and to let us know they would be with us as soon as possible. Finally after about an hour and half of us "soaking our feet" in cold water we had one person come start on our pedicure and she just rushed right though it. My friend and I only get together once or twice a year, so it's a special time. We went to Fashion Nails and she needed both a manicure and a pedicure while I just needed a manicure. It was a busy Sunday and it took them an hour to get to her and get her toes done. Then, they sat us three seats apart although one seat away from me was vacant. I asked the man if we could be seated together and he said ,"no somebody's already going to be sitting there"in a very snotty way. My manicurist Took at least five breaks away from doing my nails to go work on other people or cash people out. I know for a fact this was because I got a basic manicure and not a more expensive gel or dip manicure. The salon could have been much cleaner and run better. The most important thing about the experience is that my nails look terrible! So sloppy and rushed... anything to save money and maximize hours on the clock!Take a look at them less than 24 hours after my manicure. I'll never ever return here!
