NO!! Just no! I paid $50 for this crap & I got my nails done literally two weeks ago. One nail fell off literally 6 days in because I was carrying clothes. On Friday 6/22/18 I went to golden nail for acrylic nail removal and manicure and pedicure. I've been here one other time for eyebrow waxing and lip waxing and had a terrible experience as well being the fact that if was Friday I was exhausted and wanted to be close to my house since I was going to be gone all week for work. I should have never went back. As the lady is removing the acrylic she decided to grab my wallet and phone from me and dropped my phone completely in the water. If she would have given me a second before taking them from my hands I could have handed it to her so this wouldn't happen! She looked at it and I quickly grabbed my phone from the water and began to dry it off. She did not apologize they did not try to make it better. She just kept telling me it's fine I know it's fine because the dust is still there..... wtf seriously? Well as she was finishing up my phone turned itself off and then back on and continued to search for service I tried putting it in rice which didn't work so I was forced to get a new one. I have been calling all day today 6/23/18 no one is answering the phone. They are very unprofessional I will never return. They rushed through the manicure and pedicure. The cuticles are not even cleaned up my toe was cut because they were socializing and talking about how she dropped my phone in the water and my watch and tattoos. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Mind you they are open 7 days a week I've been calling the number on the receipt which is the same number online as well. Now since they don't answer the phone I go on Monday 6/25/18 to speak to the owner to see if they can make it right. He refused to do anything kept insisting it was my fault and then ignored me when I asked so who is responsible for your employees? Other ladies who work in the nail shops then kept cutting me off as I spoke and told me to talk to her on Friday when she's here. Again they kept insisting it was my fault to which I reminded them that she took my things and dropped it. One lady even said well was the phone working when you left when I said no they got quiet and told me to talk to her on Friday she'll make it right so I go there today 6/29/18 I go in ask to speak to the lady with the blonde hair. She looks over at me finished up with the customer she was with and runs the card right in front of me not saying a word knowing that I was waiting to talk to Her. She attempts to take another costumer not acknowledging that I'm there. So I confront her and ask if I can speak with her. She asked what for. I said do you remember me from last Friday you dropped my phone in the water and she tells me not my response not my response. You are response to secure your belongings. Even after I told her I had a witness she said who I told her the lady who was sitting there she said bring her in i told her I would. She then kept repeating not my response. I told her I'll just take legal action and walked away. This is so unprofessional! I just want others to be aware of if they decide to go to this place. Please don't give them your business. Walked in with no appointment on a Sunday afternoon. Salon was completely full, but they took me in anyways. I asked for soak off and manicure. They work as a team helping each other out and they work fast because they have so many customers. I don't know how to properly spell the name of the girl who did my nails but it sounds like NuJet. Young pretty girl, speaks English and is professional and gentle. She did a great job and I only paid $15 for everything. Wow that's what I'm talking about, great service and great prices. Absolutely terrible! $30 for gel manicure that looks like a 5 year old did it! Very sloppy, got the polish all over my fingers (not finger nails) when I put my hand in the gel machine it burned my skin! And when I said "ooowww that burns" the lady tells me "just keep it in, it will go away", seriously?!? That should not happen. Also, she cut me at least 2 times and I even had a little blood on one finger. After all that she had the audacity to ask me for a tip as she was going to run my card. The lady I was assigned too didn't speak much English and when I had told her that her nail cut on one of my fingers where uneven, she began to file THE SIDES thinking I wanted coffin nails. I love this place. They are so cheap and they don't do a bad job. I've only gone here for waxing so I can't comment on their other services. I've never had to wait. The quality is hit or miss for legs. I had some girls do a great job and get every hair and shave the ones they missed, I've had other girls miss a few spots. For a full leg wax it's $35, that is why I love them. Eyebrows are $7 and they have always done a good job, they listen to how I like them and don't try to do anything different. With eyebrows they always go over them with tweezers. I have always liked how my eyebrows turned out. They use Gigi regular wax with sticks and cloth strips. They've never burned me with the wax. They don't speak English. Parking is free, I've never had trouble finding a spot. They're open regular business hours. I used cash but I believe they take credit cards. This is a great place to go if you want cheap but an okay job. read more

I was hoping to have a new place close to my job buy this place is unprofessional and dirty. I went late and they said they could see me because they close at 10 but when I sat down the lady was working super rushed. She left my nails uneven, didn't clean up underneath the nail, now that it's morning, I can see a lot of the tips aren't glued on correctly, there's spaces between the nail & tip. If water gets in there I could get fungus. I now have to pay someone else to fix my nails and seal them correctly. Bad experience overall. read more
