I was offered water and quickly completed the necessary form. The waxing specialist was nice. She had an outstanding personality that made me really comfortable which is great since it's a fairly intimate service (depending on what you're there for). The facility was extremely well kept and clean. The only reason I didn't rate a full 5 stars is because I did discover a few spots hair was left when I got home. When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. If I walk away again with missed patches, at that point I'll explore other options for waxes but I'm optimistic that next go around will be better.

Their professionalism and quality of work kept me coming back year after year. In fact, one waxer in particular was the reason I continued purchasing wax passes and remained a loyal customer for so long. When I was contacted and told my future appointments needed to be rescheduled because Alicia was no longer with the company, I knew immediately that I would not be continuing services here. I made it clear that I was not interested in being moved to another wax specialist. My previous experience with another waxer left me extremely unhappy with the results, and it took a long time to regain my confidence in the services. What made this situation even more disappointing was the way it was handled. My interaction with Courtney, the General Manager, was unprofessional and dismissive. As a customer of more than a decade, I expected a much higher level of communication and respect. At this point, I would rather allow the remaining balance on my wax pass to go unused than continue services at this location. That's how strongly I feel about the decline in customer care and management. Not only am I canceling my membership, but I have also told friends and family members whom I previously referred to this location about my experience.
