The facility was extremely well kept and clean. The only reason I didn't rate a full 5 stars is because I did discover a few spots hair was left when I got home. When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. If I walk away again with missed patches, at that point I'll explore other options for waxes but I'm optimistic that next go around will be better.

Every single visit there's a different General Manager , a different front desk employee, and a different aesthetician. At some point you have to ask why. Are employees quitting because of poor leadership, or are they constantly being fired? Either way, it speaks volumes about how this center is being run. The current General Manager COURTNEY is, without question, the worst I've encountered. COURTNEY is arrogant, dismissive, and completely incapable of taking accountability or resolving even the simplest customer concerns. Instead of de-escalating situations, COURTNEY makes them worse. It's shocking that someone with such poor customer service and leadership skills is managing a business built on client relationships. This location has destroyed the reputation of a brand I was once happy to support. Corporate should take a serious look at what's happening here because this center is driving away long-term, loyal customers. I expect someone from corporate to contact me and explain how a location can decline this dramatically.

Called to make a appointment because I got referred by a family member and I asked for Lynn to do my pedicure because they are a regulars at this nail salon in Lynn always does their feet and their manicures and stuff and the guy answered and he's like acting like Lynn don't do feet when she does because there's regulars that are family members of mine that come there and other ones are referred to me to ask for her, and then he hung up on me in my face, rude no professionalism at all, so I will not be spending my money with them will not be coming here very disrespectful to hang up in my face and then I called back and I asked him. Why did he hang up on me? He says oh cause I had other people didn't even say bye well is there anything else I can help you with like nothing just hung up in my face rude as Fuck I wouldn't recommend nobody to them read more

Lately i've been having a lot of trouble finding a salon that does quality acrylic work, and since my nails were wayyy last due for a fill, I decided to try Golden Nails since I was in the area. I was very disappointed with the way my nails turned out from the previous salon, and the tech explained that they were doing a poor job because my nails were sticking up at an angle, and it didn't help that I have very short nail beds. He happily redid my acrylics for me and was very very gentle, most places are extremely rough when filing my nails down since I get them done stiletto. I'm extremely happy that they finally lay flat and don't get caught on things like they used to, and i'll definitely be back!! The staff is so friendly and i'm so happy with the way my acrylics turned out! read more

I've tried a few nail salons when I moved to the area, but not one could match the quality and service I have received each and every time from Golden Nails. I will never go anywhere else. There isn't many nail techs working at this salon but I think it's good because not too noisy. Anyways I'll definitely come back to do the Gel nails. read more

I never hated a pedicure so much. Lady was drilling off my gel pedicure & it broke my toe nail. She did a horrible paint job, did not get my corners at all. My toes looks like a mountain of layer paint. I did not leave a happy customer, will not be coming back. read more

I have heard Nancy clearly explain pricing to other customers as well, and she is always very polite about it all(even when some people are rude to her for no real reason). I think Nancy is the owner and while she doesn't do my nails, it's pretty clear that the other techs like working for her, which is important to me because it makes the overall vibe of the salon very welcoming and relaxing. I can always count on my nails being done quickly without them being rushed, and quality is 10/10 every single time! I am bad at taking pictures though so I'm sorry I don't have examples! My current set is over 3 weeks old and only two nails are broken, but that is because I work in retail and use those two nails as tools, so BareCoat cannot be faulted at all.
