My favorite thing about this spot is the color selection I always find exactly what I'm looking for. I have had 3 pedicures here the first two times the person started my pedicure without even filling the bowl with water which was very strange, I always love a presoak, so this time I made sure to ask to soak first and had a perfect experience. I love this place. It's the only decent nail salon that I've found in the East Valley. I have gone to places from Scottsdale to Gilbert & this is has been the only consistent place that does my nails right, they never break, & they last for a month. I get SNS on my real nails. Ask for Lena she's the best. read more

Ahhhh, love this place! I had Megan and she was wonderful. I had a simple gel manicure on my natural nails. She did a great job and was meticulous about getting my nails perfect without me prompting her. I really appreciate her taking the time to make sure everything was going to work well and let me try a couple polish colors before deciding on the one. You would think a basic manicure would be standardized, but I've been to too many places that don't push the cuticle up and remove the gross bits. She did all of that and then some. The place itself is very cute and gives a Roman (?) vibe with the decor. I didn't feel like I was being pushed by a sales person. Fairly priced especially for the quality. I am always looking to find a new nail salon and Tempe Nails was able to fit me right in for a gel manicure with no appointment. The color selection for gel polish was unlike anything I have ever seen at a nail salon. I was able to show a photo of what I was looking to have done and my nails turned out almost identical to the photo! It was a very relaxing and clean space inside of the salon and I did not feel as though my nails were being rushed, she took her time and I left with a great outcome! read more

Nails deserve 100/10 my guy was amazing and the quality is great I've been here many times. However I want management to see this for the artist next to me. First pls stop shoving religion down everyone's throat. Everyone has different beliefs, and if you want to talk about God, then go to church. If a client wants some thing, don't try to convince them out of it or make it more difficult than it needs to be visually your client being uncomfortable. 15 minutes of u trying to make her get something else when she just wanted a short French tip. Also how unprofessional when my artist is trying to help u , u yell "let me do my job" 3x. Me and the other girl were so uncomfortable and taken back. There was many other things on how u spoke and u provided the service I hope u improve on and don't let ur ego carry u that way. LET ME REITERATE MY SERVICE WAS PERFECT AND MY TECH WAS AMAZING read more

I'm not usually the type to leave a bad review & it's not the service or the quality but honestly the pricing. I understand inflation takes part in most things these days but for short nails and a french tip on the toes was 125$ with no tip. anywhere else would've been 100$ maximum for short short nails and the smallest french tip on the toes. the basic pedicure was priced at 32$ but came out to 48 with the french tip which again, isn't reasonable for the smallest sliver of polish at the top of the toes. typically it's 5$ extra charge which is reasonable but 16$ up charge for a small french tip is insane. acrylic was priced at 54$ for full set typically an up charge for the length but they charged an extra 23$ for short short nails. it's not reasonable and i don't recommend this place if you're looking for good pricing. read more

I had really grown out my dip nails and needed them taken off quickly. I put nail salons in maps and found the one closest with the best reviews. I'm so happy I ended up here! I have very thin, sensitive nails and my tech was really kind as she took off the dip powder. The place was very clean and quiet, with a few TVs and no music. Very relaxing. The whole process took about thirty minutes, the polish looks great, and it was only $25. Exactly what I needed when I needed it. read more

I went to this salon for over 3 years and most of that time was with Jason. Before I state all the crappy things I have to say, I will be the first to say, he is a talented nail tech. But that doesn't make it ok that he made me wait 20-45 min almost every time when I would come in for my appointment. A lot of times he starts to chat and pauses from doing nails so your appointment that should be around 1 hour ends up being 2.5 hours with the wait. Last time I went there I asked for cat eye polish. Well it didn't look like cat eye like I have seen multiple friends get done so I voiced that it's not what cat eye typically looks like or what I wanted and that upset him. He started talking to me an irritated tone and I didn't want to upset him any further so I said it was fine, thanked him, and still gave him the 25% tip that I always gave. Well I called in a few weeks ago to schedule an appointment and the receptionist said he was out of town for a month and a half (which was odd for him) so I asked to schedule an appointment with his sister so the receptionist put me on hold and came back and said "Jason is the best nail tech in the salon, so if you weren't happy with your nails last time, nobody here will satisfy your nail needs so you should find another salon". I honestly couldn't believe my ears. How unprofessional. His job is to satisfy his customers nail needs and if a client is not happy with their nails, you shouldn't get offended or get upset. I just wanted to voice my experience so people know that if you are picky about your nails and want to be able to voice comfortably how you feel about your nails, Jason is not the nail tech for you. read more

Visiting from out of town and decided to get a mani and pedi. I was pleasantly surprised that each service was done separately. I didn't have to sit twisted in a spa chair in order for the nail tech to do my mani while the other tech did my pedi. The place is clean. Kim did an amazing job! Thank you! read more

This is the best salon in Tempe. Period. I've been going here for 2 years for SNS and dip. They give me a perfect manicure every time! And when I say perfect, I mean perfect. So much attention to detail and they always get me in very fast if I have the (very rare) broken nail. The thing is, I don't even need to request a specific manicurist. They all do a wonderful job! I'm a nail snob and have been to so many nail salons but they are always the best. If you have dip nails, don't miss out! read more

This spa is linked to a location off of Scottsdale and McKellips... I never leave reviews but I am so frustrated. Two weeks ago, I went here for a gel French pedicure. Never in my life have I pad $80 for a basic pedicure with gel and French tip. Yes, it's more expensive to get gel and French but $80, cmon!! I have never paid more than $60. Not to mention gel lasts me a month on my toes which is why I get this done. Literally, my gel polish starting peeling off yesterday. It has been two weeks. I have NEVER had that happen. The service was great but it was expensive and so not worth it. I will not be going back here. read more

I went here a while ago, not the best experience. After some time has passed, I can see how messed up my natural nails are from all the filing and drilling done on them. I felt very rushed, throughout the whole experience. The prices are not transparent. I went in expecting to pay $36 before tip for a solid, one color acrylic nail. My nails ended up costing me over $50 before tip since the nail polish wasn't labeled as gel. read more

I am terrible at planning out my nail days, and the salon I've gone to for almost 3 years was busy so I took a chance and came here today. The attention to detail was great! I do gel-x fills and at my old salon they would sometimes be so thick. After asking length and shape, the man I had today (I forgot to ask his name) did an amazing job with exactly what I asked for, making them thinner without having to ask. I noticed the nail tech next to him paying just as much attention and taking time with what she was doing. The salon was also cute and well kept, and much more organized than some I've seen. Even though the one I've been going to is less than a mile away, I may start going out of the way to come here! read more

Tempe Nails has become my go-to place for manis & pedis in the area. I first found them when I lived [basically] across the street in the spring of 2016 and wanted to #TreatYoSelf. With manis + pedis, it can be tiresome to try and find that one good spot. The first time I visited, they weren't terribly busy and I was able to get a good deep scrub treatment on my feet + the other normal pedi things. My nails and heels looked very nice longer than I'd experienced [which includes my hardcore wear n tear from the gym & volleyball]. And it wasn't terribly expensive! Convenient + great service + not all that expensive = woohoo! When I moved earlier this year a few miles away, I tried a salon closer to my house, and it was good, but not that great compared to these guys and gals. So when it came around to get another pedi, I went back to Tempe Nails and even got a mani too. A few days into it, I noticed a little chip on two of the nails... disappointing because even with my own DIY manis they stay un-chipped a few days longer. I gave them a call and explained the situation, and they were happy to fix the nails. I believe it was one of the owners I spoke with on the phone and who personally took care of me, and even did a once-over on the other nails. She even helped me search their massive array of colors to find the one I had on. read more

This is a well run tips toes and brows salon! Husband and wife run and they are always movin and groovin - so nice and always fully staffed. Since their space has doubled in size their customers are able to get in so quickly and be seated with limited wait time. Love coming here! Shortly after starting there, my waxer left and the one the store assigned to me next was BRUTAL (I have a very thick, full beard, so getting the edges waxed needs to be done correctly). European Wax offers year long passes, where customers can go as often as necessary, and I since I need to go every two weeks to minimize the how much hair is being pulled at one time, I started getting those, since it would save a lot of money. I do not appreciate European Wax Center for bouncing Courtney from the San Tan Village location to the Tempe Market Place location, because she could not work and play well with others, there (funny thing about the internet, things of record NEVER go away), and I do not appreciate Courtney for firing Alicia when six other managers prior had the management skills to not fire her, nor do I appreciate her gatekeeping the contact information for her bosses. But, that's ok, I will find it and let them know what I think.

I can be pretty particular and I expressed my concerns and she took her time perfecting what I asked for and I'm grateful! Thanks girl!! (Again went to a new lady aka Samantha this time cause the time I needed the appointment was outside of Vidiana's availability) But I have had a good experience every time!!
