This is my primary nail spot.My color selections are suggestions by my favorite nail assistant Mya. Her color are based on how she feels I'm looking when I arrive. Normally stressed! I kinda base the color on the mood I'm in or what I've noticed someone wearing next to me. When time permits I do research for what are the hottest colors at the time. Amy is the pedicure assistant who has amazing fingers. Her calm spirit allows for me to completely relax. Each of my toes feel that she really enjoys what she does. Amy also is great for brow waxing.... This nail spa is located near my job and it's very convenient for me, as I make these appointments on a lunch hour or after work. They each take about an hour and I can never do them both during the same appointment. It's normally one on lunch and one after work. On rare occasions I have come in on the weekends. This way I have my day of relaxation from start to finish. This is a full service salon that is great with appointments and walk-ins alike. They are very clean and it's spacious with friendly staff. They have several assistants available to help you, not to mention they are pretty quick. So when you are in the area make an appointment or just drop by ask for Mya or Amy if they are not available anyone else will make you feel special. Let me know what you think.. read more

I came here to get a refill and the guy left my nails so thin that they cracked the same day because it's basically my nail and the gel on top. Such a waste of 40 dollars not to mention I didn't get color because I already didn't want to pay them too much seeing that my nails don't even have the same shape. DO NOT GO! read more

Horrible gel polish already coming off after a few days they are uneven and lumpy the girl did not know what she was doing she made me wash my hands and didn't smooth them out before she put the gel polish on and then kept putting this oil stuff on it now the polish is all not smooth and already coming off. I was getting an oil change and saw this place on google. I saw it had bad reviews but i thought, let me give it a chance. I regret my decision. The service is horrible. I wanted a French pedicure and i was trying to explain what I wanted and I was given attitude in return because i was not pleased with what they did. At that point I just let them do what they wanted because I felt uncomfortable asking for anything else. The overall experience was displeasing and I've had enough mani pedis to know quality service. This place is not it. The one gentleman who did my mani was kind but the overall experience of this place was poor and rushed. They had me start my pedicure then stop kids way to start my manicure then came back to my pedicure even then my massage was 1 minute Trust the reviews! I do not recommend this place. They seem to have favoritism in here as well. I noticed someone who was possibly a regular getting above and beyond treatment. However, if you are a walk-in, good luck! Wow. I never got treated like crap like the prior reviews and they were actually professional. The salon was clean and I was treated like an actual customer. However, I do agree with the prices being a little high. I don't do fills. Just plain old manicures for me and I wasn't going to drive out of my way to save a buck while I was in the area. It took me a long time and some trial and error to find a nail salon I truly loved in West Palm Beach. I found what I was looking for with Golden Nails. The owner and all of the staff is exceptionally pleasant and very professional. Specifically, Tatiana. I will never go to another nail tech again. I've gone several times for mani/pedis. They have a handful of nail techs that are good. However, they are usually booked with appointments, so if you are a walk-in you get the leftovers or get bounced around. Just before the holidays I went and got someone who didn't speak English, so when I tried to tell her to push back my cuticles, I needed a translator. Then for the pedi, she barely scrubbed my feet. The time before that, the lady I got coated my nails with super thick polish and after 3 hours at home my toes still weren't dry. I'm done with that place! read more

Went for a fill. Was not impressed at all. The shape of my nails was sloppy and inconsistent. I think my nails would have looked more natural if I bought lee press ons at wal mart. A three year old could have done a better polish job. And $18 for a fill?! I have been to higher end places that charge $15. I will definitely not be back. read more

This place is a Joke,they are very un sanitary,they use files that they have used on other clients.they overcharge for the terrible job they do.i did not leave a tip and will never return.if you have any sense at all you will think long and hard for going to this nail salon.i cannot believe the nail company passes their inspection.something is very wrong when they pass. read more

My partner and I have been getting our mani/pedi here for about a year and a half and LOVE it! I am very shocked at the bad reviews. Everyone is very professional and nice.
