My favorite nail salon! Cindy is absolutely amazing -- always so kind, courteous, and professional. They do a beautiful job on my nails every time, and their pedicures are so relaxing and lovely. I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed! And the owners always make you feel welcome!!!

Friendly staff and Courteous. They offer many services including their New head massaging service which will bound to be a client favorite. Sara did a nice job with my new acrylic manicure and soft cat eye shade. Very natural. Even in sunlight.

Technician was female, around 40-50 yo and a little on the heavy side (for asian ethnicity). Will NOT return.

I used to absolutely love this place. I would drive over 40 minutes to come here. Recently I came and got a gel fill and a gel pedicure. Both were awesome experiences and were very relaxing. But I have never gotten a worse paint job. My nails are turning yellow and almost every single one seems infected. As well as my toes. It's almost difficult to look at my hands in the light as they are so messy. Super upsetting because the staff is sweet. Won't be returning.

Came in for a new full set of acrylics with a French polish . I can't remember the woman's name who did them but she did a great job! It's been almost 1 month and they STILL look great!!! I can't wait to go back and this time I will write her name down. lol!

I absolutely love this nail studio, it's such a hidden gem!!! I found them randomly and decide me to give them a visit and it was well worthy. The studio is clean, warm, and welcoming making for a very relaxing and pleasant experience. The entire experience is great-not rushed, very relaxing, comfortable. All personnel gave their full attention from start to finish. My toes and nails look spectacular. Her manicure are excellent, people often comment that my nails look very natural and beautiful!!

Eden Nails and Spa continues to provide 5 star service! I've been going there for years and I'm never disappointed. You're always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Macy (the owner) is wonderful. I get my manicures and pedicures done by Cindy and she is AMAZING! She is fast but her attention to detail is perfect. Fabulous pedicure! The special was very nice, with a drink too. Very nice people! It gets better. We went to dinner after and I realized ...I was missing one of my hearing aids. And I thought maybe it fallen out at back at Eden. I went back there the next morning and the owner I looked but couldn't find it. So I left. A few hours later I got a text with pictures. They went through their garbage from out of the dumpster piece by piece and found it!!! I offered a reward and the owner absolutely wouldn't take it!! Wonderful people! Wonderful Service. You will not find a better place!!! read more

Best pedicure of my life. A little expensive but worth it. Total was 80 including gel polish. ( before tip.Tips are cash only. ) Pedicure included hot river stones and oil. Multiple massages. Linda was diligent and took her time. She is wonderful. Will be back. read more

I used to absolutely love this place. I would drive over 40 minutes to come here. Recently I came and got a gel fill and a gel pedicure. Both were awesome experiences and were very relaxing. Went for first and last time. Don't appreciated being lied to and ignored. Got a gel manicure, and if you've had a gel manicure before, you know you need to remove excess polish from skin BEFORE curing. It's much harder to remove otherwise. I don't know if it was laziness or lack of vision, but this didn't happen. When I pointed this out, the tech responded confused, like she couldn't see the bright pink or shiny clear all over my skin. She brought others over to examine, and one tech had the audacity to tell me it'll come off when I wash my hands. As I don't assume she doesn't know better, she was clearly comfortable lying to my face. I'll never be back. Plenty of other salons where care is taken for your skin. read more

Management must have changed. Worst technician ever. She left my manicure lumpy and didn't get the gel polish on the entire nail. She insisted on gel on my acrylic. I will not bother going back. The only plus was that it was clean. read more

After being a regular client for years Eden Spa must easily forget what Loyalty truly is. Today we had an appointment which honestly is a waste of time because they are NEVER on time! We arrived 15 minutes early and patiently waiting until an extremely RUDE man who works there mad a comment. Busy or not you are in a customer service industry. The Man was rude and we will NEVER return. I'm sure they don't care, but I would rather spend my Money where people actually appreciate your Loyalty read more

This will be the only nail salon I'll be using. I have been 3 times and each time I have been so happy with the service. I've had 2 manicures and pedicures and the attention to detail is on point. One thing I absolutely love is that they DO NOT USE THOSE CHEESE GRADERS for your feet!!! They use pumice to get the dead skin off and I couldn't find a salon until now that uses pumice! The staff is also super friendly and welcoming. The head spa is so wonderful! I've gone to one that was twice as expensive and it's nothing compared to this once that is extremely well priced! It was so relaxing and tailored to my hairs needs, they use a camera before they start and explain what is going on with your scalp. Mona who does the hair spa is so nice and thoughtful. I highly recommend coming here! read more

About a month ago I went in for a manicure & pedicure to this location. I didn't wait long and was sent to a pedicure chair. The lady was nice and did a great job. After my pedicure I went to get my manicure done. The lady was nice and did a good job. However, the next day my index finger began to hurt so I was afraid maybe she had cut my cuticle too short. I woke up the morning after that with a blister around my nail (see attached photo). I have never had an infection from a nail salon in the past!!! So you can imagine that I was extremely displeased. In addition, I do not recall seeing the technician take the tools out of a UV utensil cleaner (like I have seen at other nail salons). I hesitated to make this review at first but I think it's relevant and the public and business should be aware of the importance of cleanliness.... especially at a time like this! Note to business: Please be sure to clean your tools so there are not others out there like me who unfortunately pay for a service and have to deal with an injury because of their negligence. read more

I do not normally post here, but after seeing others mention infections I have to say I got one too. Technician clipped cuticle too close. Ended up at walk in clinic to have pus drained and a 10 day round of antibiotics. And...the polish was applied so poorly, I had removed it as soon as I got home. So bad manicure and a trip to doctor. Well... I've gotten red nails before and this is the first time I've ever been told to "clean it up at home". Super disappointed and it's very careless. I even asked if they could wipe it with alcohol and they're like it will wash at home. A paying customer shouldn't be cleaning up their nails at "home". Horrible!! read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Not only do I come and spend hundreds of dollars a month on pedicures and manicures but I also came and spent $500 on gift cards for Christmas. My niece misplaced her $70 gift card and the owner of the salon refused to honor. She even had the receipt for proof of purchase and refused. My niece was visiting and would never be able to come to this location in the future. I will not be coming back to this salon. I will also be returning the other gift certificates for a refund and another salon will proudly get my business. Penny smart dollar stupid To your response: I never yelled. New owners. All new workers. Makes you think of a sweat shop. Not many speak English. Not as clean. Men walk around and around critiquing the girls and telling them to do better and faster. Prices are absolutely outrageous I would not go there. And never will again. read more

Wonderful! It was my daughter's birthday party and I was looking for a place who would welcome 9 little girls who wanted to get their nails painted. Everyone at Eden Nails was wonderful! They welcomed this big group with open arms and treated them like queens. It was a last minute thing and they were so accommodating. The girls were thrilled and their nails were beautiful. So happy that I found Eden Nails! read more

I went to Eden today as a new customer and had called to make a 2pm appointment for an acrylic refill and pedicure. The hostess walked me back to a pedicure chair. I sat there for 23 minutes, not one person acknowledged me, turned the water on, apologized for the delay...nothing. At 2:25, I got up and walked out. Don't take an appointment if you have no intention of keeping it, your customer's time is valuable as well. I will never go back there! read more

Went there for a mani pedi last week for the first time. I had no appointment and was taken in right away. The place seems clean. The technician working on my nails was not very friendly and got right on the job. I was done way before some of the other customers that were there BEFORE me. Also my technician and the one next to her were bullying the only American tech working there. They called her fat among other things in a Very passive aggressive way. If that wasn't enough, my gel manicure started chipping three days later and my cuticles look awful. Also they try to pressure you to buy other services. I did noticed that when giving men pedicures, they spent a very long time charming and massaging their legs to get a higher tip. Never going there again! read more

Both…read moreof my usual local go-to places were booked up for days, but I was at lunch just a few minutes from Cachet Nail Spa and they were able to schedule an appointment for me with a couple of hours notice, so I figured I would try them out based on the strong reviews. Disappointing experience. The color selection for gel polish that had matching colors for regular polish (I still prefer regular polish for my pedicure) was very limited. Mostly nude or brown shades, so I went with white. My cuticles weren't pushed back in my pedicure, "no frills" beyond polish removal, a quick rinse of my feet and new polish put on. I was even asked to turn off the massage chair, so I couldn't even enjoy a few minutes of relaxation before the nail tech was already applying the new polish. No leg scrub, no hot towel, certainly no massage of any sort. She did use a disposable liner in the pedicure tub. The gel manicure was even more disappointing. Some nails came out with air bubbles in the polish and multiple nails have chipped in less than one week. I had to trim my nails short just to keep my nails looking somewhat tidy until next week. I'm also not totally convinced that their tools are autoclaved or even sanitized. It doesn't cost much for these places to offer single-use, disposable nail files/buffers. Just because a cuticle trimmer is in a pouch doesn't mean it is actually sanitized using an autoclave - I unfortunately find that to be very common in many nail salons. For $75, I would expect my gel manicure to hold up a little better and for the pedicure to at least include the normal standards. I'll wait for my usual places to get me in next time and won't be returning here. P.S.: The woman next to me had an appointment and was told that they didn't have enough time to do her pedicure, making her come back another day for that, even though there wasn't anyone else waiting.

They based this on semantics of a "trim" vs "cut". Instead of trying to reach a solution, they doubled down and said I signed a client form that outlined the price. On their website, they define a trim as taking less than 45 minutes, and a hair cut as a full transformational cut. They took two inches off the bottom, which took about 15 minutes. When I pointed out the time taken, they said they charge based on the service, not the time. Be sure to clarify what level stylist you want before booking, as prices vary. Total lack of transparency for new clients. Classic bait and switch. Poor customer service and bad business practices.

I have been going there for 6 years & my nails are always perfect, the pedicures are great, and the salon is always immaculately clean which is probably the most important factor for me. I have been going to Vicki at Eden Nails for a while. I enjoy the service. My gel manicures are excellent, and as the one in the picture last for 3 weeks. The pedicure service has been equally good. I have not had any problems with infections as others have mentioned?? However, It is always good to remind salons to sterilize their equipment. Thank you. read more
