Im a little confused on how they have 3 stars because the burgers we had were five star worthy! Ordered a mushroom Cheese burger + cheese burger combo which was just like how I remembered. In the category of fast casual It's why it's always been a Pomona original. You just always remember the taste if you've eaten here. I'm glad nothing has changed. read more

Came here with my Son and Brother after walking the Pamona Swap Meet. Had their juicy delicious Burger and Chili Cheese Fries. Had great service from the staff that took care of us right away. There was plenty of parking during busy hours. Nice little spot to grab a bite to eat if you are in the area. read more

They need to start double bagging their food and cheap paper bags just literally lasted from their door to the parking lot opened up and just spilled. I didn't even waste my time. I'm going back in there and they should know maybe get stronger bags or double. Waste of money that day. read more

Decided to give this place a try since I saw it on social media. I ordered pastrami chili cheese fries, steak sandwich and a grilled cheese sandwich. Steak sandwich had great flavor. Grilled cheese was nice and buttery. The fries were a tad too greasy for me but they had really good flavor and they give you a large portion. The lady at the window was nice and understanding that it was our first time so we decided to add funnel cake fries...they were so fresh and had a good crunch to them. I got off work late and ordered chili cheese fries, in which they charged me for. They gave me a burger instead and I didn't notice till I got home 15 minutes later I called and they asked me to bring the burger back and they'll give me the correct order. When I got there, The drive thru employee was extremely rude about it and had a bad attitude. GOT MY MONEY BACK AND I RETURNED THEIR BURGER. THEY CAN KEEP THEIR FOOD & BAD SERVICE. Ordered a waffle combo. At the window I asked for extra butter and syrup. She rolled her eyes, threw two syrups in and shut the window. Food is ok. Customer service isn't. Maybe choose another job if you're not a people person, and definitely get out of the drive thru window. Won't be returning. read more

Golden Ox 2 located in Pomona is DELISH! I work right down the street from Golden Ox, and my Team and I frequent their establishment on a regular basis for lunch. Not only is their food delicious, they have great deals too. Their family burger deal (4 burgers, 4 fries, and 4 drinks), you just can't beat it. Yesterday though, I decided to finally try their BLTA, and it was the best ever! Also to be noted, Golden Ox makes THE BEST french fries. Service is also fast and friendly. read more

Golden Ox doesn't miss. All I wanted were some pancakes and hash browns. It's cost me like $13, inflation is a bitch. But it was enough food that I was able to eat breakfast and lunch and still have a half a pancake left over. Perfect fluffy buttermilk pancakes the size of dinner plates, 3 of them! And the hash browns were great, I LOVE hash browns! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. I'm hungry again just thinking about them!! read more

The food was delicious and worth the price. The service was great the whole team and was helpful and got my order correct. The restaurant was nice inside and felt a warm welcoming while ordering they are amazing! I work with disabled clients and owner kicked us out and asked us to never come back. It's the lady that drives the blue Porsche. Bathrooms have been broken for a month too they were not working the last time I visited. Only 2 out of 6 clients didn't order we must've spent nearly $100 and she still kicked us out. read more

Don't ever come here. Tried to give them a chance, but they failed again! They forgot a burger, I left the rest of the food at home, so my family could start eating. I called, the guy said he would make it right now and he was "so sorry". I brought my son with me to get the burger. I asked the lady if she could comp 2 fries, which were me and my son's fries, because they fries would be cold when we go back home. She refused to make new ones, and then says if I have the fries I got earlier, she would take them back and reheat them. I said, for the gas I lost coming back here, you couldn't just make it right? She says, she's so sorry, but they have been very busy today. Oh ok, so my $40 wasn't good enough here. I get home, our fries are cold, and my burger was cold. So the guy I talked to on the phone, lied. It was original burger they forgot to put in my bag. They don't care at all! Don't waste your time here. Go to Angelos on Mission. It's all about the Family Burger Pack for dinner. 4 burgers, 4 fries, 4 soft drinks. The burgers are a great size and have great flavor. The fries are perfectly seasoned. And there's a lot that come in the bag. Wash it all down with a refreshing coke or sprite. If it's breakfast, you're looking for definitely try the burritos. I visit this location about once or twice a month, & I have never encountered such bad customer service as I did today! I ordered a breakfast sandwich & a soda. All my money down the drain! Not even 5 minutes into the meal my soda cup leaked all over me and the food. My daughter was driving and I decided to eat my meal while on the way to see my grandson. I had the sandwich on my lap & as I lifted the soda, it ALL poured out over the food, me, & the car!! The cup most have had a tiny rip that the heaviness of the soda & ice must have made it bigger. I called the restaurant to let them know and they seemed annoyed right off the bat. Its hard enough communicating because it appears English is not their first language. The one lady I was talking to gave the phone to someone else, and she seemed upset. She said well "it wasnt leaking when I gave it to you" and "didn't you notice it!" I was calm at first trying to explain that the cup is cheap styrofoam and it probably was a small leak. However, she was STUCK on the fact it was my fault & I must have put a hole in it. I then explained how my food wasn't even correct because I ordered it plain and she said well then you should've come back and I said it wasn't a big deal but it became a big deal when the soda leaked all over me and you decided to be rude! I told her good customer service would have been her apologizing and telling me, when you have a chance come back so we can make it right. She said well how is food ruined and I told her because it was on my lap and the soda spilled all over it. But she wanted to be a sarcastic, nasty, person and say "so you put your food in soda!, etc. She kept saying well what do you want... I hate that this woman acted like that and by the end of it I told her off. The customer service and food has been mediocre at times but I always believe in giving people other chances. I will NEVER go to this location!! They are jerks who don't care about their customers, and the food is too expensive for the quality!!!! I wish I could have given zero starts! read more

Been coming here for years. Food is excellent. Great seasoning, char, and taste for a price that you can't beat. Service was excellent from the cashiers to the cooks. Everyone in the store was attentive and welcoming. I brought some of my friends from college here for lunch today and we decided to sit inside instead of the drive-thru I usually take. We all noticed how welcoming it was and how clean everything was kept. This is definitely a spot I recommend checking out if you're in the area! read more

I have gone here for over two years, and have always enjoyed there food. Today they forgot my pastrami on my chili cheese fries, and when I called them on my way back they said they had put it on. It turned out to be a mix up apparently, and they made me the right order. That is the only reason it is not 5 star, because their food is great, and I absolutely recommend the chicken fajita wrap. read more

This is supposed to be hot buffalo wings WET. In the past, the wings are soaked in buffalo sauce and my fries were separated fresh, hot, and delicious. This go around, I ordered "hot buffalo wings combo wet w fries separated and fresh please..." I was super excited to eat... BUT please look at the pictures. The first picture does not have hot wing sauce on them and the fries are either old or under cooked and not separated per customers request. I called to inform them of my order being wrong. They confirmed they messed up. Usually restaurants will rectify their mistake by replacing the order therefore, I asked if I could give the food to a co-worker so it doesn't go to waste they said no, you only paid for one. I said but you're going to throw it away anyway. He said yes, so just bring the food back and we will replace it fresh... I went back in hopes that they would get it right! Well I was wrong... the second picture shows the attitude they had correcting their wrong. Same wings, they just threw hot sauce on it and gave it back with a have a nice day! Literally said that to me... With the price of food being extremely high, you would think this business establishment would take customer service seriously and be thankful that people are ordering from them. After this review if you choose to go PLEASE, PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE EVEN IF YOU ARE HOLDING THE DRIVE THRU LINE UP. Already looking forward to next year. They took the Elderly & Disabled people like myself into consideration and made accessibility a priority. There was no long lines of waitting for food or drinks or even to use the restroom. They had a regular restroom inside the building for the elderly and Disabled like myself who can not use a proper potty because of personal reasons. They even had a spot with shade for us that way we wouldn't over heat and have a heat stroke. Some of us take meds and interacts with the heat and can be dangerous for us. Honestly everything was just made really well and good. For the sauce, we got their popular jalapeno garlic sauce and it paired well with absolutely everything. Needless to say, this place was really good from head to toe. I also got to meet the owner and he was super friendly too. I seriously wish they would open one closer to my area.
