I have gone here for over two years, and have always enjoyed there food. Today they forgot my pastrami on my chili cheese fries, and when I called them on my way back they said they had put it on. It turned out to be a mix up apparently, and they made me the right order. This is supposed to be hot buffalo wings WET. In the past, the wings are soaked in buffalo sauce and my fries were separated fresh, hot, and delicious. This go around, I ordered "hot buffalo wings combo wet w fries separated and fresh please..." I was super excited to eat... BUT please look at the pictures. The first picture does not have hot wing sauce on them and the fries are either old or under cooked and not separated per customers request. I called to inform them of my order being wrong. They confirmed they messed up. Usually restaurants will rectify their mistake by replacing the order therefore, I asked if I could give the food to a co-worker so it doesn't go to waste they said no, you only paid for one. I said but you're going to throw it away anyway. He said yes, so just bring the food back and we will replace it fresh... I went back in hopes that they would get it right! Well I was wrong... the second picture shows the attitude they had correcting their wrong. Same wings, they just threw hot sauce on it and gave it back with a have a nice day! Literally said that to me... With the price of food being extremely high, you would think this business establishment would take customer service seriously and be thankful that people are ordering from them. After this review if you choose to go PLEASE, PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE EVEN IF YOU ARE HOLDING THE DRIVE THRU LINE UP. I remember Golden Ox restaurants were always so tasty but lately this one has disappointed me. I have ordered burger combos and two different occasions and both times my burger are wet.. not wet from sauces or spread but like water wet. I don't know if it's the lettuce or onions they add. I live around the corner so it's not like I take long get home and eat. Also the fries are missing flavor. I think ownership has changed from 3 years ago when I moved near by. To the owners of this establishment. Your cooks are ruining your business. I went today and ordered a sausage breakfast plate. The portions were good, but the taste of the eggs was bad. Who would want to eat eggs that have the smell of natural gas. I thought it was in my head, but two other people confirmed that they could also smell and taste the natural gas, which I would like to know how in the hell does that happen? I still have the leftover eggs if you wish to examine them yourself. Basically, you lost a few customers because I'm not paying for natural gas smelling eggs. I use to love their hamburgers back in the days. I was craving one today and went, pretty clean Remodeled but they don't taste the same. Their hamburger sauce taste ALOT like cinnamon. Would have been 5 stars. I hate leaving bad reviews, so I'm not "that guy". I'd eaten here twice before, and I came back a third time I'd ordered some chili cheese fries with Asada, but I got home and found out that, apparently, I'd ordered Asada Fries, which comes with guacamole, sour cream, beans(I'm allergic to beans). So when I tried to come back and say "hey this isn't what I'd ordered. Can we swap this out for something I'm not allergic to, like the thing I'd initially ordered." They were not willing to even start. The employee insisted that i had ordered the Asada fries, So, because she thought I said Asada fries and that's what I got, they weren't willing to help fix the mistake. I use to LOVE THIS PLACE!!! but i think they got new management and started changing the menu... the chili isnt the same its like chili brick too salty, and the salad with grilled chicken use to be garden lettuce (iceburg with carrots and purple cabbage) and now its different romain which i mean romain is better quality but something about the garden salad made it better it held more of a crunch when placing hot grill chicken on it. Still the same great place as always for years! The prices here are great, the customer service here is amazing, and the the food here is delicious! They serve large burgers here and a lot of fries. I would recommend this to anyone I know who is looking for a local burger joint in Pomona. I come here pretty often and it's always great coming by to grab some burgers and head home. The inside is cozy and clean, the outside on the other hand is surrounded by homeless, but it's not their fault. 10/10 read more

This place is always consistent with the quality of the food, keeping it clean and tasty. The Place inside is clean at all times as Ive realized. The employees stay on top of everything with orders from both the cash register and drive-thru, with even assisting those that ask for extras. The burgers here are really good and same goes for the Fries with some of my favorite fries ever. The ranch here is also extraordinary and they give free refills on drinks. The restroom is locked so you have to ask for a key, which is a good thing because it keeps the random homeless people from walking in and Occupying it rather than an employee. come here often and always enjoy the stay with me and my friends, thank you for all that you provide to Pomona. 10/10 Place, keep it up! read more

I was a regular customer but lately I've been nothing but dissatisfied. The last two times I went in they packed three combos in a small paper bag. The fist time I got home and the bag ripped and the food went all over the place, $40 dollars worth to be exact! I went in a few weeks later and one again the worker packed the three combos in a thin paper bag. I told him to please provide me a plastic bag to put the paper bag in and he hesitantly gave it to me (mind you I explained what happen the previous time) sure enough I get home and park and as I'm lifting the paper bag to put inside the plastic one it rips and food goes flying everywhere and my drink spill all over the seats. I was upset called the business and the guy said they had just closed and that he would write my name down so they credit me the combos. I go in today and this rude worker named Bethany (blond short haired girl) was super rude and was pretty much like that's your problem not mine.
