Me and my dad came to get ourselves some mariscos at around 1:30 pm, we were looking forward to trying this place food because the reviews looked good and so did the food! Once we got there the lady already had an attitude, my dad and I were asking simple questions about the menu and it seriously seemed like she had a problem. Good food, ruined by poor attention to detail and poor communication. I have a long order history here (approaching 80 orders) via delivery services. I charged back 1 order because it was the only option that Ubereats gave me and the order was WRONG. On my very next order, the restaurant canceled the order rather than attempting to clarify, and/or move on etc. I called and spoke to the owner, who understandably is protecting his business, but foolishly not taking care of the customer. He'd rather defend his restaurant's non-performance, than pay for the restaurants mistakes and make it right with the customer. The kind of owner who delivers half an order and expects to be paid for "the part I got right". I didn't order half an order or half a performance. You deliver everything that was ordered or you don't deliver what was ordered. What's worse is the owner defending his restaurants non-performance, before he even understands it. Totally disappointed today, I had ordered the Mojarra en Ajo. Problem is that my fish had "ZERO" garlic on it. I had asked for extra limes, I guess this restaurant didn't like that I asked for some. This place is a good authentic Sinaloense Seafood and Sushi. This is authentic Sinaloense not Japanese sushi, if that's what ur looking for this place is not for you since it's a fusion. I'm surprised with the low rating for this place because it's delicious authentic Sinaloense food. Food was really good, we were a large group and food came out around the same time for most. Fresh seafood was fresh authentic and delish!! I had a sushi and it was amazing. Limonada was very good, my daughter had a gobernador taco and we've had better. For the most part food was very good, service was also good waitress was very nice and attentive. I took off the star because of my daughters taco and they don't have their alcohol license yet. In my opinion this is one restaurant that is worth to go if you're or live in the Pomona area, the food was delicious and comes in good portions. The concept is new for me, but I liked the idea of having Mexican food along with sushi. The menu has several options and yes they do serve beer. Worst service ever. There was only one other table, those of whom arrived AFTER US, and yet they took a whole hr to bring our food. We asked for the check to pay for our beverages because we were tired of waiting and the Waitress comes over and says the cook already had our food ready and she was just waiting for the oyster shots and said the cook offered to give us half off our food otherwise they would throw the food away. We decided to stay as long as our food was out within the next 5 minutes, which it was, and the food was good, a very small portion but good. When the check comes we only got a 15% off discount on our food excluding the drinks, which were charged separately. It also took her 30 mins to get our drinks out to us and forgot part of our order. Anytime you have an extended wait time it impacts your overall perception of the food. We ordered a botana de agua chile, un molcajete, y un plato de camarones. The molcajete and plato de camarones came within 10 minutes of ordering. The botana on the other hand took 45 minutes to come out. (I timed it) We all ordered horchatas and we all finished them. But not once did anyone ask us if we wanted a refill haha. Table full of empty cups and chipless. The karaoke host had some invites these older ladies. They started to bust it open when the host put on cumbias it was quite a sight. Lol Overall they had music karaoke and a banda, the food was ok, the service was terrible, the portions didnt quite much the pricing. if you want to wait along time for decent food then this is the place for you.
