I even followed up to let Guest Services know that I still had not heard from anyone, and in the end, I was never contacted at all. It's frustrating enough to receive the wrong order and have the food prepared so poorly, but the complete lack of follow-up makes the experience even worse. If customers order through the official Firehouse Subs app, there should be a reliable way to resolve an incorrect order instead of passing the customer off to a franchise location that never responds. I gave them the opportunity to address the issue privately before leaving this review, but unfortunately, nobody bothered to contact me.

I really like their food i come 3-4 times a week but after the racist actions on Halloween night i WILL NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY HERE AGAIN....so i take my step son and his friend get lil ceasers and my 3 yr old to get fries i told the cook that the kids had pizza at the table out side he said let them come in so they come in with my fiancee and i leave and go to dominoes to get my food... Apparently when i left they got kicked out after the cook said TELL THEM TO COME IN..Im white so i think once he seen my girl and kids were blac it must have made him change his mind idk but 12 yr old kids dont need to experience shit like that. I'm a sucker for diner food and Golden Ox doesn't fail to satisfy my cravings for a solid burger and fries. I've been here a few times and made it a point to try something new each time. Some of my favorites: 1. Avocado cheeseburger: Exactly as the name suggests, it's a cheeseburger topped with avocados. I ordered it not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised to see how flavorful it was. 2. Chicken quesadilla: The portions are huge!! You can definitely split this between two meals if you wanted to. Also a menu item that you wouldn't expect much from normally, but Golden Ox's quesadilla is really elevated over other ones that I've tried. 3. Bacon & sausage breakfast burrito: If I'm not really sure what I want, I usually end up choosing the breakfast burrito. Like the quesadilla, the portions are huge, filled with meat, and is perfect with hot sauce. 4. GOLDEN OX SUCKS! their food taste like it's been drenched in butter, and when i walked in for my very first time, the chef had already cooked hash browns on serving tray as if they just reheat them. DISGUSTING. Another thing, when i actually got my omelet with some weird salsa all you could see was grease rolling on the side of the plate, my order of sausage was cold, and the chef didn't know what no butter meant on toast, and so they brought my friends and myself 6 pieces of toast with butter and then told us to keep it at our table, and finally brought me my two pieces of dry bread. Golden Ox definitely has a nostalgic factor for me, as I frequently spent many of my high school days eating breakfast and lunch here. Under the new management, they not only kept the same, if not bettered the quality of food, but the service improved drastically as well. I would definitely recommend the fried zucchini with ranch. The ranch is critical. The steak sandwich is also amazing. So is the pork special for breakfast for only 6.99. Actually, everything on the menu is amazing. Ownership changed last year. New management invested a lot getting nice color matched table and chairs, beautiful wall painting, clean bathrooms as well as exterior. This store has been reputed very tasty and nice place, and now turned very modern and much better store in Fullerton. A lot of young customers were added and much kindness and professional. Still good price as well as quality and quantity. I go here whenever I want to eat burger. Fish & chips, pastrami, steak burger... I love menus. I highly recommend this store. read more

i mostly come here for breakfast and order their chorizo and egg burrito. Its always fresh and tastes really good. I love their salsa i drizzle it on my burrito as i eat, it adds to the flavor. The times i have been their customer service was pretty decent for a little fast food joint. They also pretty much serve everything from french toast and chorizo to burgers, sandwiches, and salads as well. Overall decent place for a quick bite. read more

This place took over a hamburger joint that used to be there. I am so glad they did. The food is much, much better. I'm treated much, much better. And their food is MUCH, MUCH better. I just moved to the area not to long ago and I love this place. The service is incredible and the food is cooked just how I like it. I love the texas fries well done, nachos carne asada ... yummy ... and not to mention the burgers so good. I would prob stay away from the steak and eggs ... not really that good. But I only had the pleasure of trying their food in the last year or so a few times. It's the exact same menu, but different ownership. And I will say that I notice a better quality of product overall. My go-to is the super fries with chicken (pro tip, get the fries well done so that they stay crispy throughout the meal). Compared to the original location, they definitely load up the toppings more evenly and generously. Lastly, they have a HABANERO salsa that the other location doesn't have. If you love spicy, get it...it's delicious.

Rigobertos in Placentia used to be the spot but theyre gone. All the other places either charge like $17 or they omit one of those ingredients and charge extra for it. Finally discovered Molcasalsitas and I wish I found them sooner. The lady at the counter is so sweet. They take apple pay. And the fries hit perfectly. Wish they were open 24/7 but its okay.

When we entered the place, we both had the same reaction: "This is not what I expected." This place feels like a bar that serves wings. Food - the wings are good overall. Are they the best wings I've ever had? No, but they are good. They are a good size (not petite), the flavors were there, and they were neither undercooked nor overcooked. However, the fries left a lot to be desired. Now, the ranch... its a no for me Dawg! It was good with the celery and carrots but did not hold up well with the wings. I will try blue cheese next time; I like to dip my wingsso this hurt. Good food, fair value (in this economy), and very nice, friendly service as well. We will be back. P.S. The staff treated everyone with kindness, and the whole environment felt family friendly. We catered for 12 people, and every single person left happy and satisfied. The chicken was packed with flavor, juicy, and cooked perfectly. You could taste the freshness in every bite. The sides were just as delicious and completed the meal perfectly. Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. It's hard finding a place where both the food and service leave such a strong impression on a big group, but they nailed it. We'll definitely be back again for future family gatherings.
