I ordered a pastrami burger granted I haven't been here more than 7 years since the old location burnt down. It took them at least 20 minutes in the drive thru to make my order. I ordered a chicken strip plate for lunch one weekday and I don't think they even started making my order until after I got to the window, paid, received my drink and waited 5 more minutes. Per the workers "this isn't the first time this happens" and when it does they blame your bank instead of checking their records to see if they actually double charged you. Here is the lost in translation part. I am reporting the food is too salty than normal. By replying you don't, you are not trying to address the issue.
