My husband ordered dinner for our family, and when he got home, he realized they had forgotten the chicken tenders kids meal for our daughter. He immediately called the restaurant to let them know about the missing meal, and the person who answered told him he would have to speak to the manager tomorrow. Completely unacceptable. We paid for a meal that we never received, and instead of fixing the problem, we were told to call back another day. How is that an acceptable way to treat paying customers? Our daughter was left without her dinner, and the restaurant showed absolutely no urgency or concern in resolving the issue. This is by far the worst customer service we have experienced. If a restaurant makes a mistake, the least they can do is take responsibility and make it right. Being told to wait until tomorrow to discuss a missing, paid-for meal is ridiculous. Visited over the weekend and got our usual burgers and fries. After coming here for a while we were used to enjoy their old burgers with the sesame buns and we were disappointed to see we got really thick buns instead of the others. I thought this would be a one time thing but I saw on another review pretty much how ours looked. I don't think we'll be coming back unless the buns are changed back the way they were. The bread is just too thick and you can't taste the cheese just vegetables and meat. Other than that the service was very good. Brothers Burgers is an amazing spot. I'm not sure what it is about Brothers, but its hearty food and made very well. The portions are absolutely huge and very flavorful. I always come here for breakfast and you can always expect to have a bomb burrito every time. What I enjoy about their breakfast burritos are that you can get the salsa cooked into your fillings. This provides and extra depth of flavor and their red salsa is to die for. Its not too spicy, but it does have an adequate kick. I've had their burgers and other sandwiches a few times and they are pretty good. I think the only times i didn't really enjoy their food too much was their philly cheesesteak and their carne asada fries. The problem wasn't so much the flavor but more so the choice of meat. Both dishes use ground beef and it just didn't feel right. The cheesesteak felt more like a NY chopped cheese and the carne asada fries just felt like burger meat seasoned with sazon. While I mostly order through the drive thru, the few times I've been inside the restaurant have been fine. Everything is clean and the staff are extremely nice. Whenever I ask for alterations or substitutions for the meals and platters, they always accommodate without any problems. So if you're ever in the area, come visit Brothers Burgers. I stopped in with my family to get a bite to eat. The staff is really friendly, the place was clean and the menu had a lot of choices. Here's what we thought of the food: *Fish Taco Plate- I thought the tacos were really tasty. I loved the cream sauce. The rice was okay, but I'm not a fan of restaurant Spanish rice. The beans were tasty but way to watery. They ran all over the plate. *Carne Asada Fries- my brother loved these! He can't wait to go back for more. *Chicken Sandwich & Fried Zuccini- my sister said it was good but "spicy". The cook said all their chicken is just marinaded. My brother didn't think it was spicy at all. We all loved the Zucchini! *Cheeseburger & Fries- my Stepmother said it was a good burger and we both thought the fries were great. My partner and I's go to for a really delicious, hot, freshly made meal is the bro box combo #1, comes w a burger that has a in n out type sauce on it (delicious), hot crispy fries, and two juicy chicken strips that are almost always juicy and always HOT. Sometimes they'll give you peppers too (If you get two box combos they usually put a lid on the bottom one only) The only thing I'd say they should work on is the pricing for SOME items. The bro box combo is a great price $10.99 I think as of Sept 2025. But almost $5 for a small fountain drink is INSANE, same w $9 onion rings. Besides that though, I've had enough of their items to say it's better than Alberto's across the street (quesadilla from this place came with way more meat and toppings and tasted better), and WAY better than McDonald's, by quality of food and customer service. Now I can't speak for the inside bc I've never eaten inside but the drive thru usually takes abt 10/20 mins depending on how much you order and what it is (everything is made fresh!) Customer service is always nice, usually it's a lady at the drive thru window and she's always been nice and kind and has great customer service skills! Other items worth trying would be their sourdough bacon burger, French toast breakfast combo, and breakfast burritos! After checking the reviews before making this, I realized they indeed had thicker buns recently (I noticed but I actually didn't mind them lol) but I haven't been back since the change back to the old buns so I'm looking forward to seeing if they taste the same/different or better! We ordered a couple of burger combos and an order of asada nachos. The burgers were a bit hit-and-miss. The sauce tasted pretty average, and the oily flavor seemed to overpower the other ingredients, including the patty itself. On the plus side, the bun was excellent--soft, fluffy, and fresh. One thing we didn't enjoy was the ketchup, which came in small prepackaged containers. It had an off taste, like it had been sitting around too long.
