The door was unlocked, so we walked in. A staff member told us they didn't open until 11:00 and asked us to wait outside. He also told us that we should only come in when the sign outside was lit. I completely understand that the restaurant has business hours, but it was only three minutes before opening. Also, it's summer and the sunlight is very bright, making it extremely difficult to tell whether the sign is lit or not. The three-minute wait wasn't the issue. What bothered me was the way the staff member spoke to us. It felt more like he was lecturing us than politely communicating with customers.
