I have been a regular here for so long My bf at the time (now soon to be husband) have been coming here for about 4 years. We usually come for their Pho but have tried many plates and it truly never disappoints. We usually get Bobby as our server and he's so kind and always asks how we're doing and what we're up to. The restaurant is very nice and clean. It's definitely our go to spot after a few drinks. Nothing cures a hangover better than Pho! Love this place!! I've been here 2-3xs a month for the last several months. It's definitely one of my go to spots in the area. In an area where there is a plethora of food options, that's saying a lot! Service is always great and the food comes out quickly. I love that they have a good deal of options for us plant based/vegan folks. Their menus is a bit lengthy. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the variety of selections. Everything that I've tried has been really good. I usually start with the fried spring rolls. They have fresh spring rolls as well, which are really good too. They give you this simple freshness to start the meal. Lo mein with tofu and vegetables is what I order most frequently. (You'll have to ask if the noodles are vegan for yourself.) My mom and I came to try this for the first time in the area, we have been craving for a delicious broth/soup. We have passed this restaurant a million times and I'm so surprised that we never stopped by before. I'm so glad we did! It was beautiful on the inside, the decorations and how the inside resembles the culture is beautiful and peaceful. Our waiter was really patient with us and helped us out for our order. We got an order of cheese puffs that came with this delicious pineapple sauce! So delicious!! And we shared the X-large pho with beef and shredded chicken and the broth was so amazing. This is catered to American diners who don't know what real pho tastes like. Owner/staff is Korean or not viet and do not know the names of the viet dishes they are selling. They will ask you to give them the menu number when you order (like "A1 or B2") because they don't know the names of the real dishes. I should have known when I asked for eggroll appetizers that the food was not authentic because the waiter did not know what eggrolls were and asked me to identify it by the menu number. Solid vietnamese & thai food! I was pretty happy to find a good spot for those cuisines within 10 minutes from me. I got the Com Bo Luc Lac and the beef was well flavored and soft, and came with fried rice. Great portion and tasty too. I tried some of the pho from my mom's plate and it was very well flavored too. I was a little bit disappointed by the spring roll because it felt a little cheap/just made really quickly. But otherwise pretty solid food, I can definitely see myself coming back here. I yelped some good pho while I was in the area, Saigon cafe came up and I tried them out. It was busy inside and there were many people being stuffed in/out. The staff was a bit short and curt, but provided good service. This is a 3.5 rounded up to a 4-star. I wanted to consider how busy it was when I was there and how restaurants are all having staff shortages. My main complaint was the appetizer. The A9 app says it is: "Strips of sweet potatoes and shrimp mixed in a tempura batter, fried until golden. Served with tangy fish and pineapple sauce." When it came out it was stacks of sweet potato fries (like frozen in a bag kind) cut into squares with a fried shrimp on top. It looked nothing like the menu photo and was served with some lousy fish sauce stuff. The pho was some of the best I've had though! It came with a giant plate of cilantro and goodies. The chicken and fish tasted great. I loved the broth and the fried onion crunchies in there. If I'm in GA again I would come back here for the pho on a slower night, to see if the experience is better. read more

Thai tea: just the right amount of sweetness and the boba is nice and chewy. Spicy basil with chicken: got the lunch special, so it came with an egg roll. Super crispy and warm. The chicken was tender, however, not spicy at all. If you are in a time crunch, definitely go for a bowl of pho instead! read more

This was my first time trying pho in Georgia and it was one of the higher rated establishments around the Buford area. Upon viewing their website and reading reviews, I trusted that it was authentic and tasty. When we walked in, we were seated immediately. The staff were friendly and attentive but the only downside is that no one here speaks a lick of Vietnamese. The broth for the pho was a bit salty but a touch of hoisin sauce will do it. The Vietnamese ice coffee wasn't bad at all, just wished it was more rich. The price point is reasonable, around $13-14 for entrees and around $3-5 for drinks. The food comes out before you know it, like 5 to 10 minutes. All in all, I would rate this place average with three stars. read more

They sent the wrong order and at first blamed door dash, then when they realized it was thier fault, they said they can't send out the correct food. Bleeehh.. they seriously cut corners here. The Duluth location is pretty consistent however this location needs work. The food had flavor I'm gonna give it that but it tasted rushed. We had the cheese puffs to start, tasty but the sauce that came with it wasn't fresh. The lunch specials are a great, My sister always gets the curry which was actually very flavorful. My brother got the filet migion, tough but the rice with it was good. I had the pad Thai and mannnnnn ... that bish was watery and soupy. Unbelievably sweet and goopy. When the server dropped it off (last) he seemed hesitant. Maybe bc he knew that's not how pad Thai is supposed to look. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt, I tried it and yucccckkkkkk. The occasion was my son-in-law's birthday and he and my daughter decided to go to Saigon Cafe and have one of their family's favorite meals, pho. They drive from Lula to Saigon Cafe in Buford specifically for their pho. I've never had pho before, but I WILL have it again. We started off with 2 orders of Satay chicken with peanut sauce. Then we all ordered our bowls of pho, except for my husband, who had the Mongolian beef. He said it was just the way he likes it, and that it was VERY good. My youngest granddaughter had fried rice with some pieces of the Satay chicken from our appetizers. She had some of my daughter's pho, which she loves. My oldest granddaughter also loves pho, with plenty of sriracha sauce. I had the eye round beef bowl and added shrimp. I ordered a small bowl, and when it came out it was a size that I would've thought was medium or large! And oh...my...god....talk about good!! Even for a small I was unable to eat all of it. The staff was very polite and friendly, and the server brought suckers for the girls at the end of the meal. The service was GREAT! The food and service was mediocre today. But what made our experience the worst.... we were the 2nd to last table that walked out. I thought I left my phone so knocked on the door. They both just blatantly stared at me knowing clearly who we were and wouldn't even ask why I came back and did not budge. Clearly if I was in danger, they would not be ones to help. We frequent this restaurant at least 4-6 times a month. Order pat Thai noodles seem to fall apart from being over cooked very light on crush peanuts and have had larger lime wedges in my corona. They also did a poor job at washing the been sprouts. The server was very pushy sat me ask what I wanted to drink came back very promptly with drink. Then asked with less the a min in between have you decided ask asked for another min. He gave me all but 30 sec before he asked me again. I couldn't even order my steamed dumplings I wanted. Before he took the menu away. When I asked for the check he brought it to me and was quite rude again. After now? Having wait on my rude waiter to actually come back after he kept pointing to the 20+ % tip.
