Came in was the only customer guy behind the counter didn't great me at all. Told him I'm looking for a bowl for a water pipe (bong ) had a drawing of the side I needed guy came looked at my drawing and said I don't have that . I see the size I need in the case, I say oh what about that ? He says which one (feels like I'm in putting him out by asking ), I show him he takes it out and what do you know it fits , I say it fits he says 99 you want ? I say $9.99 ? He again says $99 is you want to buy it or not ? I said are you really telling me this bowl piece is $99 ? Like almost $100 for a bowl ? He says again $99 you want to buy ? I said HELL NO. Walked out . Terrible customer service and tried to rip me off because I'm a woman and he assumed I don't know that a bowl piece like the one he showed me go for like $20 - $25 ? Sucks that I live across the street from here. I've been here multiple times over the last 5 yrs. But I just bought a bad vape. I got home and it just started smoking on its own. Battery died in like 20 min bc it was just overheating and smoking on its own. I came back within the hour that I bought it. The guy that was working was nice. But he talked to the owner and they wouldn't swap it out. I get they have a policy but frustrating that they have no leniency with it. I legit just left and gave them the vape back. So i just wasted $35. Shadi and Ri Ri both did an excellent job tonight at helping me find exactly what I came in for. Ri Ri was extremely patient and allowed me to view each piece that I asked to see and answered my questions on the prices of the items. When I made my selection, both went out of their way to allow me a modification that I requested, and made sure that I was able to afford exactly what I wanted. I came here to this smoke shop after first going to the City Smoke Shop about a mile down the street. Both are open late-night, which I like. My experience between the two was like night and day. At the City Smoke Shop, the clerk unenthusiastically asked how I was doing upon entering, but that was the extent of his customer service. I spent quite a while looking over the selections, wondering when he was going to assist me in viewing some of the items, but he never did. And it was not like he was busy with other customers. I was the only one in the whole shop. In fact, all he did was stare blankly straight ahead into space, while shifting/pacing from foot to foot. It was really rather awkward and uncomfortable. His nervous energy started giving me anxiety and so I left without purchasing anything. I am glad that I did and instead went to the Golden Smoke House afterward. Even though I ended up spending a lot more money than I planned to, I am happy with my purchase and my experience there. read more

Cheapest smoke shop around. Everything everywhere else is a lot more then what they sell it for here. Golden smoke house is now my go to place. Save myself lots of money. Purchased a Baton Go with 3500 puffs for 5.99!i i came near closing time since my baton device broke and so I drove there as quick as possible. Unfortunately, they sold out of the devices and I was unable to head to the other Golden smoke because it was during closing hours but I definitely scored with this disposable. I got ice watermelon limeade and it tastes exactly like the baton juice you would get to fill up ur device. Also, Baton juice is $6 vs $10 everywhere else. Baton pods are also cheap here. Best place. A lot of people are loving those square disposables and they're like $25 here vs $32 in other places Here is a pic I took today. Everything in display is 5.99. I've been to this place 7 times and I'm here now at 9:30am. Their business hours are 9am-1am yet the lights are out and the door is locked just like the other 6 times I've encountered! This place is amazing and very full of all kinds of nicotine needs for everyone. It's pretty much a one stop shop! From puff bars to flums, and all new kinds of new disposable vapes. They also have vape mods, tanks, batteries etc you name it. But this shop wouldn't be great with out their most amazing employee (Demonte)! He is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. He greets you once you walk in and makes you smile and laugh. He is honest with his options about some products if you ask for it. But overall he is such a great employee and Golden Smoke House is very lucky to have him. Listen, this is my go to smoke shop since they've first opened up because I've always went to the one on rainier where the old golden hookah lounge used to be and I've always encountered really nice employees that are knowledgeable about the items the smoke shop has. BUT this newer employee, I believe his name is Marice or Maurice. Not %100 sure but he has blonde dreadlocks. He's absolutely terrible, he has the worst personality and thinks he owns the smoke shop. I've been there several times where he purposely ignores people im the like, help who he wants to help and barley has a positive demeanor but the most recent time I've come, he was calling a threatening a customer. Basically, from what I've seen on numerous occasions, he's bad for business. Every time I see he is the one working, I've chosen to turn around and go to the one on Rainier. He is absolutely horrendous and he tends to pick on women from what I've noticed. I hope he doesn't actually attack a customer because that would be terrible on the business as a whole. The owner or higher ups need to do something about that boy. read more

Horrible service every time I've been there except Sundays. Dread head guy should be fired he closes the shop to smoke blunts with his friends in front. Big guy with the nasty scars on his arm is sloppy and has never been thrilled or even welcoming to help unless his boss is there then he's the nicest guy in the world. read more
