They just did a terrific job for me on a rush assignment dealing with a particularly difficult Sheriff's Office. They moved heaven and earth to get something done in one day. This is the second time they basically dropped everything and got something done for me that was pretty difficult. They have also finessed a few things in the San Mateo Sheriff's Office. (Frank knows the local Sheriffs and is careful to follow the procedures in each office -- this one needs a declaration re electronic writ even after the change in the SER forms etc...)
