The fence was totally done wrong and the wood is now separating on the fence only 6 months after his work. The height and the style was not even the same. You can see in-between the slates and the natural wood is showing. It's definitely a botched job all the way around. He over sprayed our fence into our neighbors pool and deck. I wanted to write a review so no one else wasted thousands of dollars on a terrible job. Our neighbor hated the work on the fence as well. Even though Jason was not able to be present at the job site, his crew did a fantastic job. A couple of exposed areas had to be painted an extra coat (no extra charge) because the stucco had never been painted before. I scheduled an estimate and modified my work schedule to accommodate the time. Jason (owner) contacted me and explained he would not be able to make it as he was helping his crew finish a job. We hired Trico to paint our cabinets at a previous home and were happy with the results. In our…read morecurrent home, a different contractor working on our backsplash damaged the paint on a section of cabinets and agreed to cover the cost of the repair. We contacted Trico, and they quoted a $3,500 minimum, which given the process of painting cabinets, I understand. However, when I explained the situation and asked for an email stating the minimum, they said it would be "unethical to charge that to another contractor" and refused the job. The other contractor told me they understood entirely, so what exactly is unethical? My takeaway is that Trico is there for the big jobs and has zero interest in anything else, which is disappointing as customer that paid for one of those big jobs. EDIT: In response to the owner's reply below, I want to be clear that I'm not trying to misrepresent anything here. I was trying to hire Trico to repair the cabinets. They refused the job only after they learned I'd be reimbursed by another contractor, which I truly just don't understand.

NONE of the outlets faces were put back on!! Pictures prove it. And lastly, the pony wall was not caused by soap or oil. The paint that was originally on the wall was enamel. I would think a painting company would know what kind of paint or preparation to use on an enamel surface. This is not a company I would trust
