We were able to schedule pickup from our friend's house, transportation to our event, and a return pickup and drop-off afterward without any issues. Our driver, Leland, provided 10/10 service. He made sure we had the best experience from the moment we got on the bus by setting up the Bluetooth before we left and making sure the cooler was stocked with ice. Umbrella Bus barely got our passengers from Point A to Point B, did not do so efficiently, and arguably didn't do it terribly safely. We booked Umbrella for a 54-passenger shuttle to transport wedding guests from our wedding hotel to our ceremony venue, and then from the ceremony venue to the reception venue ($1050 total). I confirmed this itinerary with their staff by email and phone several times (at least three), because they kept sending me invoices that only showed a partial itinerary, but they assured me that they had the correct itinerary written down and would read off the correct itinerary on the phone when I called. On the first trip, the bus driver got the bottom of the bus stuck on a steep hill, rendering it unable to move. Guests had to walk nearly a quarter mile from where the bus got stuck to the ceremony site. The bus was also blocking the entrance to the park where the ceremony was held, meaning that park visitors and several wedding guests who were behind it were severely delayed in getting into the park. We had a couple of guests who missed some of the wedding ceremony because the bus blocked the entrance for so long. It would've been 3.5 stars if only for this, since it wasn't 100% the driver's fault, though he should really have known what the buses he drives are able to handle. On the second trip, though, despite me confirming the destinations in the itinerary with Umbrella MULTIPLE TIMES, the driver had somehow been given the wrong destination by their dispatch, and took guests back to the hotel instead of to the wedding reception venue. My family members had to argue with the driver, who insisted that he'd been told to take everyone back to the hotel, and "I'm only doing two trips, how will people get back to the hotel?" but he eventually relented and took everyone to the reception instead, but meant that most of the guests were delayed by quite a bit in getting to the reception. This definitely wasn't the driver's fault though, and was clearly the fault of the company/dispatch. He did eventually take the guests where they needed to go, which we appreciate.

One driver had to drive around about 30 kids under 8 years old and he was such a trooper. Understanding the potty breaks especially! (We've learned our lessons and upgraded to the bus with bathrooms!) Our bus arrived early and dropped us off where we needed to be without a hiccup. We got exactly what we needed and was able to take away any worries we'd have with driving to the concert at shoreline. No parking issues or traffic or of course having a DD.

Storer rarely answers the phone when there is a need and when they do I have more times than not, been met with an incredibly rude person who talks over me, doesn't hear my concerns and jumps to conclusions. This is the only option for special needs school aged children and it is often what is best for a child to regulate between school and home. We are just asking for Storer to be kind, thoughtful and mindful of who they are transporting and listen to the concerns of special needs parents. They should be ashamed of the way they handle special needs parents and students.

I saw Inview Travel bus at busy intersection in Santa Clara (Montague and Mission College) on…read more01/20/2026, Tuesday around 10am. It was bus number 297. And the bus was making a U-turn, from the lane that was 2nd from the left lane on Montague, which is illegal. Because of this, the bus basically stopped everyone at the intersection from moving. Plus, the bus was not able to make a U-turn at one try, and the driver needed to stop and back-up in the intersection before proceeding on Montague. As a result, cars on the Mission College could not move and wait for another green. I would not recommend anyone to use their bus service.

You can take it clockwise (gray route) or counterclockwise (red route). The shuttle is clean and spacious and has free wifi; when I rode it on a Saturday, it was pretty empty. Its weekday hours were also recently expanded to 7am to 7pm, making it a viable work commute option. You can even track it live via a website or phone app (I haven't tried the app), which makes catching the shuttle a breeze. I did notice both times I rode the shuttle that there was an incident of someone shouting at the driver to stop because they needed to get off, but it was hard to tell whether the driver had missed their stop request or they had tried to get off somewhere that wasn't a stop.

Other times it's a mix of people from age 4 to 85 that want to go to the doctors, San Antonio Shopping Center or a random Starbucks. On Saturdays it can go near Shoreline so if you are biking near the VTA bus yard this bus can be your resting area thanks to their bike racks. I live in a low-income area of San Jose and are really jealous that nothing like this exists near where I live. I wish it did so I could save money on gas. Note: We are still in a pandemic so please wear a mask. Staff here wear masks and seating is limited so continue to social distance.

Because of the great experiences I had with them at work, I decided to use them again on my wedding day transporting my guests from the hotel, to the church, to the reception site, and back. They were again, on time, the bus was clean, and the driver was great and courteous. My guests really appreciated the option to not have to drive to our wedding reception and be fine having a few drinks. Storer was accommodating about making loops between the reception site and hotel at the end of the night for guests who wanted to leave earlier until those who wanted to leave at the very end. They basically said I rented out the shuttle the entire time period and could dictate whatever schedule/route I wanted in that timeframe; the flexibility was really appreciated. This was probably my fault in the planning process, but loops between the hotel to reception site took a bit longer than anticipated so the last trip (which included the wedding party) had to wait for 30 min before the shuttle arrived to take us to the hotel. Overall it was a great service and I would definitely recommend them for transportation when planning events in multiple locations.

I was parked on Geary Street in San Francisco in a metered space about to go into a shop. I thought this would have been a very cut and dry case of their fault. The driver admitted that he hit me, but was trying to convince me that nothing was wrong. I called the given Storer contact immediately and she sounded nice at first, saying they would make it right. Later she hung up on me saying I was trying to extort them. Amazing. Just trying to get my mirror fixed here...Again, both the driver and the company admitted that they hit me. Their insurance company denied covering my mirror. I tried getting in touch with the owner of Storer, but they would never get back in touch with me. Now I have a broken mirror that I have to pay out of pocket since it doesn't make sense to claim on my own insurance and have my rates go up. I would never give any business to a company who doesn't take responsibility for their actions.
