Tried this place last week and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the pork fried rice, and the portion was HUGE, definitely enough for leftovers, which is always a win. The food was really tasty, came out hot and fresh, and had great flavor without being overly greasy. The staff were also nice and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Food 10 out of 10! Shrimp Pho so so yummy. Panang chicken lunch special level 3 in spice was incredibly yummy and the Pad see ew with vegetables level 3 in spice was yummy. I will say this portion servings are great.. Service was wonderful, considering there was one waitress running the show. It was pretty packed, but never less she nailed it. This is a small hidden family run type of business in a strip mall. Inside is limited seating, but only one large table for six people.. The food was delicious. The hostess was very nice. I highly recommend going.. it does get crowded during lunch so maybe go for a slightly later lunchtime. We got there around 1 PM. read more

Clean tables and attentive waiter. Food was delicious. This time we decided to get the 3 meat combo for both the PadSeeEw and Pad Thai. Portion size is huge, with plenty of beef and chicken. But only found 3 shrimps on my plate and the same was true for my husband's plate as well. Average noise level. We like exploring new foods in our golden years and decided we should try some Thai food today. We avoided (more like I avoided) stepping out of my comfort zone when it came to ethnic foods. Numerous decades later I find myself wanting to try new things and therefore we enjoy visiting restaurants at lunch serving foods from other cultures. I like Thai cuisine because you can elevate the spice. I do like myself some spicy foods. Our visit to Golden Triangle Thai Cuisine was somewhat a mix bag. Food was okay but service was very slow. Our server was very nice but she was on her own and we only saw 1 employee in the kitchen. We opted for the shrimp spring rolls, chicken pad see ew and the larb chicken salad. The spring rolls were indeed fresh and came with a thicker yet very tasty peanut sauce as well as a spring roll sauce. The Chicken Pad See Ew came next and it was a hearty portion with a fair amount of noodles. The Larb Chicken Salad was a bit strange. The chicken was tasty but we had no clue what to do with the chunks of raw cabbage or large sliced cucumbers. All dishes were ordered on the mild side with plenty of chili oil and Thai peppers with fish sauce on the side for me. Food was okay but service was very slow and therefore the 3 star rating. The freshness and tang of the lime in the larb was exactly what I was looking for, light yet SUPER flavorful! The Pad Thai, while it can seem heavy because it's noodles, is not. It had perfect cuts of chicken and the lime with the diced peanuts sends it over the top. The Chicken Egg Rolls are made fresh because they were crunchy and steaming hot when I got them and the garlic dipping sauce that comes with them was chef's kiss! I think I found a new favorite. I found a nice 3.5 lunch spot in Murrieta. I decided to roll the dice by pressing the Hungry button on the Tesla map and it probably pulled from the top rate place on Yelp. I was looking for a decent lunch spot that won't break the bank. I didn't expect to find much Asian food in the IE and I got my fill in Mexican food earlier in the week. Thai was the perfect option. The beef noodles soups was good for the area. I was a little disappointed I thought I was ordering Thai beef noodle soup, but it was basically pho. The Thai Iceed tea was bomb though. The menu was a bit confusing to me but the server was very friendly and helpful. The menu looked more like a fusion of Thai, Chinese, and Vietnamese. Sooooooo good! I love this place! I think I can add this to my list of great Thai food! When I entered, there was a bit of sewage smell but wasn't too bad. I remember the restaurants at this Plaza had similar problems. This was minor. It happens sometimes. My waitress was so cute. She sat us down and she was so friendly. We sat by the door as we had our babies in their stroller. The waitress cleaned our table quickly and gave us menus. It's nice and clean inside and they have 2 entrances. I already knew what I wanted. Something spicy! My husband ordered his usual pad thai. I'm not a fan of Pad Rhai, but I'll eat it. I was a thai chef a long time ago, and I never liked Pad Thai then. Lol. I ordered green curry and a Lao papaya salad. I asked for a level 12 spice on the salad. A level 5 on the curry. My meat of choice, always pork. My husband's pad thai texture was perfect. Nice and wet, the way he likes it. Hah! Not intentional. I really loved my green curry. Very nice authentic flavor to it. It just hit the spot. Now, for my papaya salad. It was not spicy at all. The best place around. I go here for many of my business meetings, on dates, with homies, you name it. They're pad-kee-mow(sp?) aka drunken noodle is really good, some of the best curry I've ever had and Tom Yum is incredible. i ordered the vegetable pad thai with extra lime and no peanuts and they listened to my order. it had broccoli and green beans in it and carrots, but the broccoli was really soggy and the noodles had no taste. I did say zero for spiciness and I was wondering, maybe that's why I can't taste anything. It's very bland to me. Ordered delivered, so, there's that. I don't expect everything to be perfect when delivered. Things cool down. First for what was good! Their curry. Some real pluses here. What I love is the availability of spice levels. They don't just offer mild, medium or hot. You can get in between those levels! That's so darn cool. The curry was DELICIOUS! So why not 5 stars? That's because of their spring rolls, of which I give a major YUK! They don't travel well, so I am considering that but... but! These were terrible. The noodles inside sat in water waaay too long. They were almost slimy. Since I asked for vegetarian, they were almost all LETTUCE! They were not edible because of the noodles. And the wrap they came in, wrapped in plastic, was just wrong and tough. Believe me, I'm cured now of spring rolls. I can't imagine ordering them again ANYWHERE, because of this dreadful experience. We were excited to try this restaurant because every time we tried going, they were closed for emergencies or whatnot. Finally got to dine in and we were very disappointed. We ordered the cashew nut with chicken and the sesame chicken, both lunch portions. Highly disappointed as the cashew nut had so many diced celery, carrots & some sort of other veggie that just wasn't good. The sauce was flavorless. I went in for a quick, late lunch so I was the only table, with people steadily streaming in for pick-up orders. I wanted to keep it light, so I had a bowl of their tom yum soup with chicken. I asked for Thai spicy, which is a level 10. The server kindly warned me away, and informed me there would be no refunds or exchanges. I assured her that since I was from India, and I typically carried cayenne pepper in my purse, I was confident and comfortable about the challenge of level 10. In fact, I would most likely ask for their spice caddy after receiving the soup. (I didn't!) She was not kidding. The fact the flavorful broth was boiling hot temperature-wise, mingling with the extra Thai chilis, made it an endorphin-increasing experience that I enjoyed immensely. I was working in the area and came across this restaurant while in the drive thru at the McDonald's in the same center. I of course looked it up on Yelp and saw all the good reviews and decided I would soon be hovering down noodles and such. When I arrived at the restaurant I was greeted promptly and given a menu. I was really happy to see that the prices are super reasonable. Lunch time pad Thai is about $10. Some places are starting to charge around $17!!! Which is crazy to me but then I'm not swimming in all the money... I ordered a papaya salad and a pad Thai. Papaya salad: not my fav. I freaking love Thai style pad Thai and this reminded me of more of a Lao style. As an aside...If you go to Thailand I beg that you go to Terminal 21 (a mall) and go to their food court (very different than American food courts) and go to the papaya salad stand.... It'll blow your mind! All at the cost of like $1.20! This salad was a bit less bright and fresh. It was certainly edible and I wasn't that disappointed. Just could have been more bright and spicy. Pad Thai veggie/tofu (spicy): It had a spicy kick but it wasn't as hot as I like it. However I was brought the condiment rack and soon was on my way to spicy town! The pad Thai is no joke VERY good. They have the right amount of sauce and most important the dish has "dragons breath" aka you can taste the Smokey yummy from the wok. It is something that is crucial for an excellent pad Thai. I should mention they have the best ice for drinks. I won't ruin the surprise but let's just say your drink will be cold and wonderful! The service was great! Great waitress and the food came out quickly. Perfect place to grab some Thai! I am actually super excited about this place!!! People will go on and on about their trips to Thailand and the pad thai there but I've had my share of shitty pad thai in my many travels there. Plus it's not like pad thai is this ancient traditional dish. Look it up, it's relatively a new dish (1938) that Farangs went crazy for. Hence its huge popularity in restaurants. My husband and I tried Golden Triangle Thai Cuisine for the first time today and we absolutely LOVE it. We've tried Thai places all over California from San Francisco to here in Murrieta and this is officially our favorite Thai spot.
