Some tips for renters: 1) We used most of the clean water just washing dishes. 2 nights and no showers and we just about ran out of water. Helpful, friendly not overpowering and aggressive like the current camp host. They do not need my business...I do need this camp ground! There are plenty others, and less expensive if you dry camp. I tow a 2025 Flagstaff Classic...it works just as well in a full hookup or dry camping. I'll leave you with this review...you can make up your own mind. We were able to fit a 40 foot 5th wheel but dont have room when you get out of your rig. NARROW spaces. Manager of the park told us since we are staying for extended days she would get us a almost corner space and not park someone next to us to give us room to open our awning. First day was ok. But 3pm today manager tells us we need to put up our awning, move all of our chairs, and tables, etc. She was parking another motorhome next to us. Would not be an issue if the park was packed but this place is empty. There is empty spaces everywhere. When we asked the manager why they couldn't be put somewhere else she ignored us. Go to another campground.
