Check in on the tablet and your name will be called when an agent is available. We only had to wait a few minutes, and Yo Han introduced himself and directed us to his desk. Without going into details, we explained a troubling situation with my girlfriends insurance. He went to work, and after some time on the computer and a few phone calls, he was able to get the issue resolved. Yo Han was very polite, friendly, and professional.
