I didn't finish purchasing my vehicle until very late at night but i called Williams Insurance and someone picked up at 10:30 in the evening! I was able to get the full coverage that I needed right away and drove home with my new compact econocar. I was downsizing and making cutbacks in my budget and I couldn't just cut gas and vehicle maintenance, I needed to reduce my insurance too. If the sales rep at the dealership had half the customer service my insurance agent did I wouldn't have had to be there all night to finalize the documents on my lease. I ended up leaving the dealership far past eleven o'clock and the rep at Williams' even corrected the dealership on a mistake he had noticed the finance rep had made when they were swapping paperwork in the initial insurance documents. This is the way insurance buying should be. You go in. your treated with respect, and you leave with a no compromise policy that will actually protect you. I haven't felt this comfortable inside of a business before and they are truly family owned and operated. Insurance isn't something you necessarily want to save money on it usually means your making a serious coverage compromise if all of the sudden your paying half of what you normally do. Your best bet is to let Williams properly educate you on your choices so you can make a smarter decision.
