    Taro matcha swirl

So I checked out gold miss in hmart just for a quick snack before we started grocery shopping and honestly I wasn't too impressed. I understand that there was one person behind the counter but I think they had a restroom break? As they were missing for a while with no sign or anything. My fiancé and I waited for roughly 15-20 minutes before we were helped. When we decided our order, we were a little disappointed to see that the mangos we ordered with the soft serve were dried mangos and not fresh ones. On top of this, the taro side just tasted more like vanilla to me and the matcha side was good but I am not a huge matcha fan. Overall it is a good place to try out if you're really really craving something sweet because the soft serve was super cheap but I don't think it's necessary to get.

We ordered the honey citron tea and H03 potato. It's not worth the $9 for the hotdog. It took a long time to get our order compared to the other restaurants in the area. The honey citron tea is a bit weak and lacking in flavor.

Stumble upon Goldmiss as I was checking all the eateries at the Food Hall. Noticed Goldmiss. Got to get my sugar fix for the afternoon. There were posters hung up on the windows and walls of their corndogs and other items aside from the mochi donuts. I headed straight to the Mochi Donut counter which was so colorful with variety of mochi donuts to select from. Decided to get 3 mochi donuts with a cup of coffee. Mochi donuts are relatively sweet and chewy. Got the Match, Milk Chocolate and Mango Mochi donuts. All the mochi were placed in a cute pink box and placed in a shopping bag too. Staff was friendly and helpful with selecting mochi. Will be back to try the other one's too. All Mochi are made fresh on the premise.

Matcha soft serve tasted more like underwhelming matcha cookie, crumbly texture, needs way more smooth matcha, disappointing

We went back to try the corn dog. We got the flaming hot Cheetos. It took a little longer than last time since they had to make it. The flavor on the corn dog wasn't powdered but actually chunks of the Cheetos. It was very crispy and crunchy but the flavor was not as strong. We also got a milk tea mochi donut. It didn't have a strong tea flavor. The green tea is still our favorite.

Located inside Hmart in Long Island City, they serve a wide variety of Korean-inspired mochi donuts, cheese dogs and Hawaiian shaved ice. Their branding is super cute. Grab a box to picnic or parties to impress your friends. *Mochi Donuts (injeolmi**, matcha*, strawberry frosted, taro) Their mochi donuts deserve my highest praise! Texture-wise, they are perfectly chewy and bouncy. All flavors I got are lightly sweetened and don't taste artifical at all. Injeolmi is my #1 favorite in this haul, matcha is the close second. *Crazy Cheese Set (spicy ramen**, potato, sweet potato) Every cheese dog is filled with generous amount of mozarella to create this jaw-dropping cheese pull. I got the staff recommended flavors. I like the spicy ramen one the most because of its crunchiness. They have a self-service sauce bar. Of course I drizzle a lot of honey mustard and mayo on my cheese dogs. *Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie I love drinkable yogurt and this is 100% right up my alley. You can pick from 11 fruits like strawberry, lychee, passion fruit and peach. On the sweeter side but yogurt is healthy so never mind (girl's logic lol).

I came here cos of Ruby C.'s review basically told me I had to - and she was right! This place is worth all 5 stars (and maybe an extra star for the self-serve sauce station!) My sister and I rolled in just before they shut their doors at 8 pm (phew!), and the staff was as friendly as if we weren't that annoying last-minute duo. To be fair, they were absolutely packed with an enthusiastic line. * Potato Hotdog ($6) With their 30% promotion, this masterpiece only cost us $4.20. Bless the discount gods! This hotdog was absolutely delicious - maybe a touch too bread-y, but still yummmm. We opted for the half-and-half spicy potato because why not mix things up? It was like the perfect amount for us to share. * Mango Mochi Donut ($4) Oh my god, this donut was the definition of bouncy and chewy. The mango flavor was so on point. Absolutely delish and dangerously addictive!

It's open! It's located in the front by the door of the new food court 2 section. There are quite a few tables there. They also have seatings right in front of their stall by the windows. They have a variety of foods, snacks and drinks: corn dogs, mochi donuts, drinks and shaved ice. The sweet potato corn dog with top half mozzarella and bottom half hotdog is really good. Best to eat it fresh. The melted mozz is quite tasty. The potato corn dog with cheddar is pretty good too. It's the whole hot dog with some cheddar rolled in. They also have Sweet Potato Cheese Balls. These are bite sized snacks. Can't really see the cheese and not much cheese taste. It's more sweet potato mashy bites. The mochi donuts are great snacks or dessert. I liked the sesame one and also the tiramisu flavor. They have a bunch of flavors, even milk tea and dark chocolate. The refresher drinks come in cute plastic bottles that are sealed like a soda can top. You can open it when you're ready to drink it. It's 30% off until November. Good time to try out the flavors.

Great customer service! Awesome flavor choices. It's right inside H-Mart's new food court. Pretty clean and semi busy. I got half dozen donuts, different flavors each: Ube, milk tea, sesame, cookie, cinnamon, and matcha. By far sesame was the best bc it tasted the most unique.

Brought here today for a sweet tooth after at another food stall nearby called Namdol. I had brought and shared a different variety of half dozen mochi donuts to go for me, my mom, sister and cousin to try one of each. It was absolutely great, sweet and delicious. The service there was also really good and friendly that I didn't feel rushed about what to choose, buy and eat. I couldn't agree more. Moreover, since it was newly opened, I had gotten a 30% discount. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time! :D

The mochi donuts were so pretty and tasty. They were not as chewy and greasy as other places that sells mochi donuts. Also ordered a shaved ice, which was pretty big, shared with 3 people. I will come back and try other flavors for the mochi donuts ans shaved ice.

    So MESSY

First the pricing is confusing, on the screen it says $2.80 each then you go o order it's $4 each. Then after asking it's included the grand opening 30% off. Second, donuts on shelve looking all good and i saw the lady grabbing it lol she's grabbing a piece of meat and when i got in a box the icing all came off and all over the box. Lastly, the promo if you buy over $30 you get free gift. They pretended like i didn't know and after i asked they said they were out of it and for me to come back next week to check if they have. They wrote my name on a little piece of paper and i was like what do i do when i come back to claim it? They said just explain to us. I wish i never bought from here. Many disappointments and confusion just ruined your mood for the day.

Ordered 6 donuts. I was about to order a bubble tea but the young lady told about the free coffee that comes with my donuts. She said you can have it hot or iced so I ordered the iced. After one sip, my mouth was filled with tons of coffee grinds. I saw the bottom of the see through cup had about 1/3 of inch of coffee grinds in the bottom. I told the young lady the problem. She then called the manager who was sitting in the booths chatting with his friends. He then checked their container of refrigerated iced coffee and then come back to me asked if I "put something" in the coffee. I said I just put milk and a sweetener in the coffee. He then poured milk from his milk container to check it. He kept saying this coffee shouldn't be this way. I basically had enough of his bull and I just left and said "Forget about. I dont want your coffee." This idiot thinks I just walk around carrying coffee grinds and throws it in?? What a completely idiot this manager is to accuse me of throwing coffee grinds my own coffee. As far as the donuts, they are not bad. My kids enjoyed them and I took a couple of bites from their donuts. The price is ok now with the 30% promotion but they are overpriced without the sale. This manager needs to be trained to handle customer service better. He should have offered to give me a different drink but he choose to research his store problem in front of me and kept me waiting. He should have researched it after giving me another drink. Instead he had the nerve to accuse me of adding coffee grinds and to humiliate me in front of everyone. Nasty!!! Never again will I return here.

Look out Katz's! I was looking for it up on the menu board, but all I saw was pastrami baos & pastrami rice box. I asked if it was still available and my man hooked me up by popping 2 thick slices of whole grain bread into the toaster and started to hand carve a big hunk of pastrami. I thought I was getting about half of what he pulled out, but he proceeded to pile it all on the bread after squirting on a slew of grainy deli mustard. He apologized for running out of pickles, but all I could think was "Take my money and gimme my sammich!" Even as I cradled the closed plastic container, the smell of hot pastrami permeated my whole bus ride home and I couldn't wait to dig into that salty, peppery crusted, fall apart tender meat sandwich. I'm sure the other people on the bus were jealous. Next time I might even try out some of the other rice & noodle dishes, but that smoky pastrami smell still lingers on in my mind.

We walked up to a casual, convenient setup with ordering kiosks and a quick pickup-style format that works well for a fast meal. The concept is simple, focusing on Mexican street-style birria with tacos, mulitas, and other dishes built around slow-cooked meat and flavorful consommé. The food court setting means seating is shared, and the atmosphere depends more on the mall environment than the restaurant itself, making it a practical stop for a quick meal while exploring the area. The main highlight is the birria tacos, which come packed with flavorful meat and pair especially well with the consommé for dipping. We ordered a few and found the consommé to be the standout item, with a rich, savory flavor that added a lot to the tacos. The tacos are on the smaller side, so ordering multiple is the better way to fully enjoy the meal, and the mulita and other menu options are also good choices if you want something more filling. The quality of the food is what makes Birria Landia stand out. The flavors are bold, the meat is well seasoned, and the combination of crispy tortillas with the juicy birria creates the kind of texture that makes the dish enjoyable. The main downside is the pricing, especially compared to the original food truck experience. Being inside a mall location makes it feel more expensive than what you might expect for street-style tacos, and the value feels less competitive given the portion size. The ordering process is simple and efficient, with the food coming out relatively quickly. The staff handled the flow well, and the kiosk system made it easy to customize orders without holding up the line. Since it is located inside a food court, seating is shared, so it can get busy during peak hours, but it works well for grabbing a quick meal while exploring the area. Birria Landia is a solid spot for birria tacos, especially if you are looking for a flavorful and casual meal. The consommé and taco combination is the reason to visit, and while the prices are higher than a traditional street setup, the quality of the food makes it worth trying.
