We hoped maybe they could fill it in and paint it over to at least make it look ok. Great service: they gave me an appointment time, and Derek was standing with me looking at the car within 5 minutes of my arrival. Honesty & integrity: he said "let me get the paint off to see how bad it is". He came back with a solution, rubbed the spot, and it wasn't a gouge at all. It was gone. I offered to pay him for the clean up (feeling a little silly to be honest) but he said no problem! If something really happens to the car I'll be back there for sure, and I recommend it for anything you need.

It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. While four weeks seemed overly long, my insurance company's adjustor and appraiser were responsible for most of the delay. Throughout the process, shop manager Eric Villa keep me apprised. I wanted to see if the preferred auto body shop it had been sent to had provided a fair quote. The gentleman I spoke to from Attica walked me through all the possible options: accepting the determined valuation of my car, getting a check for what my insurance way willing to pay and paying the difference for Attica to repair it for less, or buying back the car from the insurance company and sending it to Attica. Although he stood to gain nothing, he suggested I take the total loss. He was really patient with me, and I am so thankful for his time. If I were to need repairs for my next vehicle, Attica would be my first choice hands down.
