If it tooks someone 2 minutes to fix it, they are moving SLOW! I needed the little loop soldered back together that holds my cross on the chain. (Btw-it's sterling silver not gold) The gentlemen was friendly - but said it would cost me about $75 because they had to turn the machine on. Needless to say I was shocked. I also enquired about a ring that has 2 small diamonds missing. I was quoted $150.00 - $20 for the 2 stones and $130 for the labor. Again...shocked. *Now here is the interesting part to this review. I called on 8.21.25 and asked how much it would be to fix my cross and said this gentlemen said "no more than $25 and would take about 1 hour. I could leave it and run an errand or two and come back." I am very confused now. I would really like to do business here but now I'm just not sure. Still on the fence...
