It looked like the band was polished clean with NO trace of the unique design. The Cassios' chose to deny ANY responsibility for the damage. They would not even acknowledge that the finish existed when I left the ring or that they could possibly have removed it. They charged over $500 for the "repair" NOT including the price of the diamond and flatly refused to refund the "repair" charge. I spent over $2600 to upgrade this ring. They destroyed the unique character of my vintage ring and expressed NO concern whatsoever for my dissatisfaction. They immediately went into legalistic defense mode...deny deny deny. They treated me like a grifter despite having been a repeat customer for many years. Mr. Cassio was defensive, arrogant and patronizing when discussing the problem. Thirty years of experience in the jewelry business does NOT make one infallible. Human beings can make mistakes. Taking responsibility and MAKING THINGS RIGHT is the very LEAST that an HONEST business person should do. Nothing has been made right in this situation. My ring was IRREPARABLY damaged. Cassios' IS responsible. Their denials and nastiness are inexcusable. I don't want to wear my ring now. It does not look the same and it only reminds me that the Cassios' ripped me off and treated me like trash.

This evening I came in with a friend looking for a graduation gift. I told the lady my price range of what I was willing to spend, and I told her that I was looking for some diamond earrings. She off the bat was super nice. I didn't catch her name, but she had long hair and wore glasses. She started showing us different earrings some within the price range and some which were a bit above. Which was fine, but I already knew what I was willing to spend. She was very friendly and very helpful. With one pair of earrings, she told us that they were $199. This is where the second sales lady intervenes, and they switch for whatever reason. The second lady is shorter a bit older with heavy thick eyeliner. She then starts going back-and-forth with me pretty much trying to negotiate the price of earrings for those same earrings. She goes up in price for whatever reason around 250? My friend and I were confused because the other lady told us a different price. So then she proceeds to show us another pair of earrings and tells us a discounted price, so then I ask her if I could come back tomorrow would that same price be valid? She then proceeds to tell me that she doesn't know if that would be offered tomorrow. Essentially trying to pressure me to buy the diamond earrings. I was automatically turned off by her selling tactics because I also have done sales. You never pressure the customer to buy things if they tell you they are looking around, or exploring their options. Also, I felt like I was at a flea market, going back-and-forth, trying to bargain with her. I was unaware that they did that at these types of jewelry stores. Considering the fact that my husband has bought me a necklace from Helzberg, not this specific location thank God. This lady essentially ruined the sale, and I ended up going across the street to buy jewelry. Do not spend your money here.
