Those working in the pro-shop and rangers act as if everything is under control and well functioning, but once you get on the course it's a complete disaster as they try to to squeeze-in as many groups as possible while having no concern for maintaining a reasonable pace of play. Our guests had, and still have, glowing reviews of her staff, the room set up, the outrageously good food, and ceremony and reception flow, and especially the kindness she showed to EVERY guest. Donna and her staff were accommodating, flexible, and generous were their time and expertise. There were plenty of beautiful locations for photos and the ceremony. Every single detail was perfectly mastered. The entire staff looked calm and relaxed. There was never a moment of panic or rushing. Donna seemed to be in every place, at every moment. My husband and I snuck away immediately after the ceremony to share a plate of hors d'oeuvres in the grooms suite (I can't recommend this enough. Do this! Take 5 minutes to sit in the quiet and relax together.) At one point during outdoor pictures I commented to my daughter, "I didn't eat enough." BAM! Food. Hors d'oeuvres on a plate, with Donna holding a napkin. She took care of everything! Everything was perfect! Thank you so much for putting together a magical experience!

He also kept following us and smoked a cigar in front of us. I said you ruined our game and please leave us alone . Just rushed and rude employees ever since they did upgrades. Happened two times . If you golf in Lyn field I would golf in reedy golf course they are very a very nice staff. I complained to them and there staff said they have heard that kingrail is not a nice place to golf. (I started when I was 48). I have had spinal surgery and as a result of this and aging my distances have dropped significantly. When I called PGASSTORE Peabody I spoke Craig, the manager on duty. He actually listened, asked great questions, and insisted I book a fitting with Mike Francis, ONLY. Great advice. At our first appointment he only fit me irons (AND SHAFTS). He doesn't believe in full bag fittings. Next appointment was for a driver. Great technology, better knowledge. Suggested driver, a fairway, and hybrids to augment the irons. I ordered them all. Needed more loft in the fairway, took advantage of their satisfaction warrantee and Craig perfectly suggested alternative fairway. Driver was giving un reliable results. Contacted store. Mike insisted I book a free driver evaluation appointment. Within two minutes he saw the problems, tweaked the club and my setup. I was then hitting simulator drives in excess of my computed optimum. This man is a golf genius, easy to talk to and WON't upsell you. I'm sorry I can only give five stars to him and Craig. Yes, it's a big store. I tried to return a set of clubs under the 90 day return policy. I didn't have my receipt but I asked the salesperson if he could look me up in the system or use my credit card. I just wanted to return to buy a new ( and more expensive set) his response was " we don't do that, can't you see how busy I am and please step aside so the next customer can make her purchase". I asked again politely and his response was " what part of my explanation didn't you understand". it's back to online or golfers warehouse for me. if this is a part of your training and your staff can't manage a busy store without insulting customers, it's time to update your training

Katrina worked with us to have mini-tea sandwiches - chicken salad, cucumber, smoked salmon, fig and goat cheese. She provided gluten-free and dairy-free options. I wanted to have three different kinds of tea on each table and she was fine with that. We provided our own tea pots that we had thrifted. Katrina decorated the room with napkins in the wedding colors. She even made the napkins at each seat into roses. They were placed on each plate and looked lovely. We brought in our own scones and mini pastries. The mimosa bar was a hit. The staff was great - all very friendly and helpful. At the end, they emptied and rinsed all our tea pots so they would be easy for us to get home. I thought the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend the venue and Katrina and her staff. I am trying to think of another excuse for an event there!
