Like many mountain courses, I was afraid it was going to be a bit gimmicky but I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't at all. There were several elevated tees, rolling (even slanted) fairways, it never felt like it was too much at any time. The course was in great shape, especially considering it's been 100 degrees and more throughout my Salt Lake City visit. Outside of a few holes, the course is pretty narrow and will require some straight shooting. The greens were a trip because at times they were quick and then they would slow down considerably. Many of them had several tiers which proved to be tough at times. Overall, I had a great experience and had it with a great rate for some good golf. No cart girl but I'm guessing the 104 temp caused that. On an amazing customer service note, when I finished the drink area was closed and when I asked one of the instructors if there was somewhere else I could buy something, he gave me one of his own Gatorades. A favorite program is the Summer Parks Program that runs June-August. Fun filled activities that include arts and crafts, games and storytelling. My kids had the chance to attend last year, and they loved it! Sandy City has many programs all year long. During the summer months they actually send out a catalogue of upcoming events to residents of Sandy. They have amazing summer programs.

Funny enough I had talked to one of the employees before that and he told me no questions asked you can exchange for the right product. So the Service is not good, the selection is mediocre (Compared to someone like PGA Tour Superstore or Scheels) and there is never any sales found in the store. According to the manager their return/exchange policy is garbage too. Save yourself the headache and go to Uinta Golf, PGA Tour Superstore, or Scheels and have fun with purchasing golf gear (As it should be). Instead of going in and being treated like absolute trash. They explained many aspects of golf to include: how to hold the club, how to stand and swing it, what each club is used for, scoring, and answered all my dumb questions politely. I found 3 sessions to be a great value but not enough for a newbie like myself so I signed up for 3 more group sessions.
