Joseph Golian (Golian Law Group) If I could give him 0 stars for any and everything I would. These are the reason why i would NEVER refer him to any friends or family! -First of all he asks you multiple times to boost his ego that as an attorney will you recommend him to people via social media. He also added me on Facebook and when I didn't add him he would add me again then ask me 'hey are you going to add me on Facebook' (unprofessional). -If you have an experience with working within a law firm, DO NOT TELL HIM. Before having kids I did and I mentioned this. He asked me to call my medical providers, ambulance and handle getting the lien information myself. And if that provider didn't offer a lien he never told me and I was sent to COLLECTIONS TWICE! -Joe also called me out of the blue once to tell me that he and the mutual friend of ours who had referred me to him had gotten into an argument, and if they said anything ill about him to me that I shouldn't listen to anything they had to say. They never did but he was so self conscious about the situation he felt the need to tell me, he also posted about it on his own personal Facebook page looking for a new body shop. -Yes I had some law experience but never went to school. So towards the end of my lawsuit he asked me if I wanted to file an additional lawsuit to make sure we got the fullest amount, I said sure, he never told me prior that Its an additional amount that will be deducted from your settlement so beware. -Last he DID NOT include a lien in my settlement, and is now saying that because I was represented by him at the time of my accident he didn't need to include that lien from my personal insurance hospital visit (time of the accident). Sorry I didn't know that anyone is going to know they're going to be in accident and need representation. So will I ever refer Joseph Golian? That is a HUGE NO! I found Joseph Golian while I was in the process of researching attorneys for a relative who needed help with a medical malpractice claim.
