Fresh mango sago drink L9. Prime Jasmine Blossom Latte 603
    Georgia R.

This location took over iTea, however the menu is pretty much the same. Lots of food/snack items that I have yet to try. We ordered the fresh mango sago drink & Prime Jasmine Blossom latte, which were good but a bit sweet for our tastes. The drinks were ready in a flash & staff are friendly & patient. There are multiple chairs/tables for sitting inside too.

I tried a drink at their Pleasant Hill location before, but didn't get a chance to try their food. I am glad they have this location so I can explore more of their menu! For starters, their shared parking lot can get busy. They have a big menu with lots of drink and food/snacks to choose from. Items I ordered: - Classic Taiwanese Braised Pork with Rice - Fried Fish Onigiri - Honey Brown Rice Milk Tea (50% sugar, 30% ice) drink come with agar boba and chia seeds - Litchi fruit tea (50% sugar, 30% ice) drink comes with boba, lychee jelly, and fresh lychee bits Food and drinks were great! I honestly would get everything again! The portion of the rice was pretty big/filling, great toppings, and flavor. I loveee fried fish and it went well with the onigiri. The drinks were really good and I liked how they come with toppings that pair well with the drinks. We dined in so they give a buzzer to let you know when your foods ready. There is seating available, however the place can get quite busy (got pretty packed throughout our meal) so you may need to wait or order to go. Place was pretty nice, bright, and clean. I appreciate the cashier for being friendly, informative (she made sure to let us know certain items may take a little longer), and knowledgeable (able to give me the perfect recommendations for my drink sweetness level). Overall, recommend if in the area!

Korean style short ribs garlic noodles

OMG, I have been craving the short ribs with garlic noodles from the only Junenov location I knew about in Pleasant Hill, and was ready to drive from San Ramon for it. Then I discovered that there is a location in Pleasanton, and they take online orders for the noodles. The online order from their website was simple since I was able to log in with my Google account. I drove there, and the order was ready shortly after. The only complaint I have, which isn't really their fault is the lack of parking at this location. There was literally no parking, and I had to park along the curb and run in when my order was ready for pick up. The noodles were as amazing as they were at the other location. I'm glad it's consistent across locations. The short ribs were so tender and in bite size boneless chunks. The noodles were fresh and the thicker noodles that I like. The seasoning was perfect. I haven't tried other things at this location yet, but I'm sure it's just as good. I highly recommend this place, not just for the drinks, but also for the food.

This modern cute spot gave me original iTea vibes with the quality of strong aromatic tea flavor in their milk tea. The interior decor brings amazing ambiance for friends to hang out. Their panda milk tea is superb and their Taiwanese braised pork rice is delicious. Their popcorn chicken was ok. Seems like they were missing basil in mine. The bathroom is the cleanest I have ever seen at a boba establishment. Hope it stays that way. The most unfortunate part is finding parking. During peak times, it will be quite difficult. You may have to park closer to downtown Pleasanton and walk over. Hands down the best boba hangout in the area and I drive from Dublin. There are limited boba places that offer tasty snacks. It's either the drink isn't as good or vis versa. If they keep up the quality, I will definitely be a frequent customer.

Love seeing new boba spots open up in the East Bay!! Junenov Tea recently opened near DT Pleasanton right by Stanley Blvd. They have a VAST menu with a ton of options so there's definitely something for everybody. We visited on a weekday around dinnertime and was met with a rush of high schoolers. After ordering at the register, our group of 3 ended up waiting 25-30 minutes for our drinks which was farrrr longer than we would've loved especially after being only the second party to order. I ordered the F2 / Prime Alishan High Mountain Jinxuan Tea and it was good! The boba was soft (yay), tea was fragrant, and the sea salt cream at the top was good too. I don't think there was anything about the drink that made it extraordinary, but it definitely solidified itself as a decent spot for me around the area. LOTS of seating inside but the parking lot can be a lil rough especially during busy hours. I'd give it 3.5 stars but rounding up!

The Mango Crystal is really good! Matcha Oreo is also one of my favorites! Very bright and roomy. Comfortable place to just sit and catch up with friends. Lots of parking spot. Friendly staff. Great service.

I wanted to come here for awhile after seeing it on social media. I went inside, felt welcomed in, very diverse menu of food and drinks, the workers were informative of their popular drinks, and inside is spacious with plenty of seating. Drinks are at a good sweetness at 80% with fixed regular ice. If I'm in the area, I'll come back to try their other drinks and food. Drinks: - Matcha Oreo Brulee Latte: I like the texture, you can still taste the matcha but it's sweet and subtle, a straightforward drink - White Peach Blossom Latte: popular drink, you can taste the peach but wish it was stronger, creamy, tea is very subtle, tastes like a milk/creamer base - Jasmine Blossom Latte: light floral taste but subtle jasmine, tea is thin and subtle, creamy, tastes like it has a milky/creamer based - Boba: soft and chewy

It took me a second to figure out that this very uniquely named boba tea shop is the same as the one in Pleasant Hill. Just like the Pleasant Hill location, Pleasanton's location has a great vibe with modern decor. There is a decent amount of interior seating, and if anything the service is even better! What sets Junenov Tea apart from the plethora of other Boba shops in downtown, is they have an extensive menu of real food. It isn't just your typical fried snacks that you'd find at their competitors. We came here on a Sunday afternoon and the place was bustling. It was reminiscent of the prior iTea. We ordered four drinks - Avocado smoothie, White Peach Oolong Tea, oolong tea latte, and mango fruit tea. All were average and not the best. But, where they excel is the food. We had the delicious Korean Garlic Beef Noodles and thre Pork Belly onigiri. The popcorn chicken was okay in flavor (we have had better just down the other end of downtown), but it was definitely high quality with real pieces of chicken with garlic pieces and basil leaves. Prices are typical, yet still higher than what I would prefer. It is definitely not a frequent visit I can afford with our total being nearly $80. It was a great first visit experience. Remember to download their app to get your drink credits (buy 10 and get the 11th free).

Junenov Tea opened a month ago where I-tea was. This 2nd location is much smaller than Pleasant Hill's. Parking not plentiful. Ordered at counter. Got drink in 10ish minutes when buzzer went off. Didn't notice any music. Appears all patrons were Mandarin speakers. Offerings (Taiwanese): snacks, fruit tea, Taiwanese tea, fresh fruits & smoothies, sea salt kreama & cheesma, sumuji & frosty, milk tea, dessert drinks, latte, ...menu doesn't have descriptions of drinks. Sips: Shizuoka matcha sumuJi (7.5) 50% sugar. Ice 100% though it didn't seem excessive. -tastes very sweet since whipped cream also present. Matcha tasteless till the end when it became more pronounced at bottom of cup. -plenty of black chewy boba included in drink. -would have skipped if I knew so many ingredients were in it. Great for people who like uber sweet drinks. Whipped cream taste most prominent. 4.5 stars: semi-worthy: ymmv. Quality: artisan, fresh ingredients. Quantity: reasonable. Would order non sugar drink next time.

Modern and bright boba shop located in a small plaza. There's a parking lot, but spots are limited. They have an extensive menu with plenty of drink and food options. There's a decent amount of seating inside and a restroom in the back. I ordered the Jasmine Blossom Milk Tea with added boba at 30% sweetness, and my bf ordered the Classic Boba Milk Tea at 50% sweetness. Both drinks were still pretty sweet. Mine didn't taste like a true 30% sweetness level. Nonetheless, both drinks were good, and the boba had a good texture. We also ordered the Basil Popcorn Chicken and Seasoned Curly Fries. Both were really yummy! The chicken was seasoned well with a slight kick. One thing I wish they had included was sauce on the side. The fries were delicious and reminded me of takoyaki because of the sauce drizzled on top.

Great new spot! Came here during their soft opening and was not disappointed. Parking can be a little tight as it's a small lot for a lot of shops. We were able to snag one as someone was coming out. As we entered we were immediately greeted. We decided to go with the mango lemon breeze at 30% sweetness (they can't modify ice for lemon breezes but sweetness level). We were given a buzzer and after a few minutes it vibrated. The drink itself was delicious and refreshing, really enjoyed the mango bits within. Lots of indoor seating and a great place to catch up with friends. We'll be coming back!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! This is a hidden gem of boba spots in the Tri-Valley. All the drinks we've tried so far are delicious: - fresh mango pomelo sago - matcha oreo brûlée (recommend 50% sweetness) - honey brown rice milk tea (my personal favorite, also recommend 50% sweetness) - classic boba milk tea with brown sugar boba (recommend 100% sweetness) The thing that sets this place apart is the food. They have your regular snacks (popcorn chicken and calamari come in great portions and are crispy) but also have incredible entrees as well. Highly recommend the Korean style garlic beef noodles!

Tried this place during their soft opening. PARKING - they reserved the front two spots for pick up or delivery so I had to park in the back area, there are some spots reserved for "Suite C." WAIT - no wait when I came in but if you order certain drinks like the honey brown rice milk tea you may wait up to 10 minutes since they brew it fresh. ATMOSPHERE - this is the old itea so it looks somewhat familiar but inside is modern, bright and a nice place to hang out with lots of tables/chairs. FOOD - I got two drinks. PRIME ALISHAN HIGH MOUNTAIN JINXUAN TEA - I wasn't sure what this was but figured it was probably a good tea to try since I like tea and it had a star next to it. It seems like similar (or is) milk oolong. I am a fan of tie guan yin and roasted oolong so it's similar except not as dark/roasted or deep roasted. It's a little lighter and has an almost jasmine flavor too. I got 80% sweetness and it was perfect to not be too sweet but not bitter. The tea flavor was good, strong and fragrant. Boba was pretty good, it had a bit of the rubbery texture that I'm not a huge fan of and could have been chewier. However, they give you a decent amount and it was sweet. HONEY BROWN RICE MILK TEA - my husband got this, it comes with basil seeds and crystal boba. He liked it/said it was good. They give you a lot of liquid and toppings so it keeps you full. Overall, a good boba place and I would definitely come back to try some of their fruit drinks. Their food seems interesting too.

We tried their matcha roasted rice latte and Hojicha latte, both sweetened. The hojicha latte was AMAZING! 10/10, no notes. It reminded us of the hojicha we had in Japan. The matcha roasted rice was unfortunately way, way too sweet to tolerate and little matcha flavor and green color. I would be open to ordering this again with extra matcha and little to no sweetener. This would be a 5 star review if the ambiance was nicer and matcha wasn't so weak and sweet. I would definitely be interested in coming back and giving Kamurocho's matcha another try and exploring their other drinks.
