The food we got was okay. The ribs had good flavor but the texture felt off as if they were microwaved or overcooked. My girlfriend got a buffalo chicken sandwich that really had no flavor and was mostly breading and super messy. I got a shepherds pie but as well the potatoes had little to no flavor.. I think this place has a lot of potential. Maybe it was just a bad night. But I think better service and curating a better palate for the menu can be done. They make other burgers taste like detergent. They're basic - beef, cheese, bun, salvation sauce. By cutting out the unnecessary bull, you get a hamburger how the Lord truly intended it. Because it's real beef and no seed oils running interference on flavor, you get the flavor spectrum of what it is to be American made. If your classic muscle car of choice had a flavor, this is as close as it gets. The founding fathers would be proud. The ingredients: By keeping it simple and crap free, you have what I would call healthy fast food. Church fries his chips in tallow, giving them a superior flavor, crunch and actually being able to become fuel for the body instead of a drain. This is as close to warrior fuel as you can get without hunting it yourself. I don't remember what his salvation sauce was but I know that it complements the food and leaves the mouth singing His praises. Overall, this burger and fries won't leave you feeling hungover. Foreign nations won't be able to touch you after consuming America's finest burger. Even if this is as close as you get to becoming the second George Washington, your tastebuds will have their moment of independence from processed junk. Your joints will thank you. Your gut flora will rejoice. This meal tastes like how freedom should feel. It's filling, it's natural, it's untouched by those who would do you harm, both foreign and domestic. And the ambiance? It's a food truck in a parking lot. But even the United States of America was just an idea shared amongst brothers, in a pub, once upon a time.

My salad was massive, with charred grilled chicken and a delicious buffalo sauce. The appetizers were amazing as well, you HAVE to try their fried pickles!! It was super hot outside so the beers were extra refreshing, I really loved their IPA but their stout fell flat for me. I can be picky! Their Porter also shone, delicious and unique! Service was friendly and super fast. I asked for some modifications on my salad and they did not mind a bit. Grabbed a pint glass on the way out. The atmosphere is a casual bar type feel with high top and table seating as well as a bar. On our first visit, we sat at a table by the sliding doors. I tried the mushroom burger with fries. It was tasty with fresh mushroom, Swiss cheese, and flat top prepared burger. The fries were fresh cut and they provided fry sauce. The waitress was friendly and kept our drinks full. The second time, we sat at a high top table with mismatched chairs. My chair was kind-of flexible, and I sank into the seat making me feel like a little kid as I scooted up to the table. Despite that, I ordered the sampler platter with a choice of 3 items. I opted for the Honey Garlic and House chicken wings with tater tots. The wings were good, and I preferred the honey garlic to the house wings, because they were a bit sweeter, and I love sweet stuff. The tots were tasty and not too greasy, but could have used a bit more salt. Again, the waitress was friendly and was doing double duty as the bar tender.
