Well dang my second visit was probably my last but due to the crowd in here at 7pm on a Friday nite I'm sure they won't miss me. I called in from the highway. Someone promptly answered took my order and gave me great phone customer service. I walk in and tell the young lady at the register I called in my order, she looks in the register and says we don't have in call in orders. She then says oh I've had someone on hold over 30 mins so you must've placed your order at another location. I giggled and said wow you left someone on hold 30 mins and they're still holding. She then picks up the phone , hangs up on the person on hold and the phone starts ringing as soon as she put it back on the cradle. Another young lady answers the ringing phone and she tells her hang up we don't have time to take phone orders. So I asked why don't you have time, she says because I'm the only one working a register and the other young lady is new. I mumbled something under my breath and she says you don't have to be rude. If I hadn't been craving this house fried rice for two days I would have turned around and walked out. Instead I told her she had just hung up on someone she admittedly had on hold 30 mins and was standing in front of me telling me how she didn't have time to take phone orders and maybe the rudeness she felt was self generated. No apology or remorse was offered. What I got was what flavor wings you want lol I placed my order and thankfully there was ice in the soda machine. Was great to find a location near that offered Turkey Burgers. Easy online ordering and order was ready, as promised, when I arrived. The two young ladies at the front counter were very nice and pleasant. Order was fresh, hot, and most of all correct. read more

Food is great but the staff is very unprofessional. Young ladies behind the counter were very rude no greating just started asking cash or card 5 times in a row before we could even look at the menu. The music (trap music) every other word was a curse word or b---ch, not appropriate for a place of business at all. There were customers trying to eat and enjoy their food. Garlic Parmesan Wings Wet & House fried rice with everything in it & then large drink no ice ( LEMONADE, PEACH AND FRUIT PUNCH MIXED TOGETHER!!!) I get the same exact thing every time. It's soooo good I'm trying hard not to curse. Call it in and every time they going to say ready in 10 minutes lol. Don't forget to ask for extra yum yum sauce and blue cheese for the wings! I think I'm about to call right now and have this for dinner. I swear I want to try something different but I'm afraid to pick anything else because I might not get the same taste .... Food was hot and fresh, it was a 15min wait but they were also VERY busy. The food was amazing the fried rice was a very generous portion and the wings were crispy and juicy. Customer service was nice and friendly. The manager was very welcoming. read more

The first time the food was very good but when you called to place an order, they do not pick up their phone. It doesn't make any sense.

Just ordered a steak burger and 10 medium wings thru doordash. I've been ordering from local wing restaurants and have been grossed out by the quality of the chicken. I find it hard to eat them when there's multiple blood spots, broken bones, and feathers still attached. This was the first time I didn't experience this in a long time. Everything I got was delicious (minus the fries but that is expected in transit). I'll definitely be ordering again soon. read more

My order was up quickly (And correctly), the store was bright and clean and my Veggie Burger was topped properly (The Camp Creek location forgets my avocado from time to time), the sun was shining outside and ALL is well! =) read more

The grilled chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries are everything!!! The honey lemon pepper wings are my son's favorite. They are pretty efficient and the customer service is very good. The employees are nice and helpful. This spot is located in a small plaza with a lot of great restaurants that are busy. I always find a parking spot but I have to look to find it. Was visiting family in ATL this Summer and decided to check this place out. The food was AWESOME! Wings were fresh, hot, and delicious....and so were the fires. We ordered a pretty large amount of food, over 60 wings, and everything was so good that we ordered again two days later. The food at the Fairburn Rd location is fast and consistent. It's always fresh and the service is friendly. They usually only take 10 minutes to get your food to you, regardless of how many people are ahead of you. This review is ONLY for the Fairburn Rd location.
